NEVER go to this location. After taking my money and a 1 and a half hour wait , no one in the store knew how to transfer my data . Mary was over the top nasty. They offered me 40 dollars to go to the jeff davis location. Run

I came to this location on a whim just sliding through town and slid right into breaking my phone. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 12 years and I must say out of the twelve years I have been dealing with T-Mobile this is the best customer service experience I have had. My husband was already blowing up my voicemail worrying about me. I was panicking thinking of driving back without a phone but thankfully Nadia was able to help me get a new phone and saved me from having to figure out how to read a map and come home to a possible bolo. She was caring and focused. She helped me find the deal that sealed the deal. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Missing person report marked found! ?????

I went on 2/14/24 and I definitely felt the love that day lol. No seriously, the customer service I received was amazing!!! Nadia was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was coming in to get a phone for my boyfriend and I had such a great time at the store, I almost didn’t want to leave. Great service and a great price. I’ll be returning soon even though I don’t really need to haha.

I had the absolute best customer service from Mary (not to be mistaken by the one who had a lamb) She was so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. Mary sold me a phone that was best suitable for my needs and I’m so unbelievably grateful for her!

I was just at the Iron Bridge location. The customer service was top tier. Nadia and Jadiah were very nice, and extremely helpful. I was able to get all my questions answered and all my issues fixed. They also made me laugh. Best T-Mobile customer service I’ve experienced thus far. I highly recommend this location

Worst service ever, customer service was awful Im guessing I was supposed to ask for help the employee Kennedy I do believe it was her name really leaned on the counter the entire time as if I was interrupting her personal time also the strong smell of marijuana was insane,I took my business elsewhere. I would give no stars, but being I was referred there for excellent service I'll give it 1 star, maybe I picked the wrong day.

I just recently switched to T-mobile from Verizon . So far so good . I have gone back into the store about 4, Jadiah and Nadia have just been super helpful every time .

I went there to check out if there were any July 4th promotions.Ashley was the person who attended me and answered all my questions with professional calmness and pleasant attitude.I appreciate such an experience and although I did not make any purchase this time but in future whenever I am ready for T-Mobile, this would be the location for me.

I am writing to acknowledge and thank T-Mobile staff in its two stores in Chester, VA. I got a new phone line and a new 2-line phone when I signed up for new Internet service through T-Mobile. I went into a store to transfer my data from my old phone, which always takes a long time. Getting 2 working lines ended up being complicated and required 3 trips to 2 stores.The staff at both stores were AMAZING!!! They were polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They never made me feel silly or stupid for asking questions. They never appeared to be tired of my presence as they handled my time-consuming issues while also serving other patrons. I always felt that they were addressing my issues, even when the stores got crowed and their official days ended. So, thank you to the following people:AJ, Icey, Larry, Robert, Joseph, Jaelyn, and Tia.I’d like to make special mention to Robert and Joseph who drove from their store to their sister store after closing so that Robert could help Jaylyn and Tia finish programming my second phone after it was determined that the first phone that I was mailed did not have dual-line capability. Each of the employees I mentioned impacted my experience. In addition to being highly competent at what they do, they all seem like really nice people, and I appreciate that especially in these times where often nice people and excellent customer service seem like things of the past.So, again, thank you to the folks listed, and kudos to T-Mobile for hiring this caliber of employees.

I guess it depends on who assist you. I called customer service who said my phone was delivered there and the store rep says they haven’t been through their shipment. Really? So I guess they can go through deliveries when they feel like it. The last person forgot he had me on hold. I called back and he took my number and said he’ll call me back. Yep, about to be done with T-mobile.

Normally they have good customer service. I don't know what happened but tonight their customer service was beyond awful. I lost my voice at my job and had come in to transfer my data to my new phone. The person working showed no compassion and expected me to squeak out what I needed instead of trying to accommodate my situation. He helped me with the data transfer and then I needed help with the phone trade that was supposed to have been processed with my online order for my new phone and then said they don't do phone trades. He also continued to act like my issues were not his problem. My mother came into the store and was appalled. He was brushing her off and she had to help me communicate with him multiple times I needed help with the screen protector. When we needed help with the adapter for the phone, he tried to sell her one of the more expensive ones in the store. In the end, we left extremely upset and my mom ended up having to call customer service for help. As someone who has worked retail over five years, I am extremely disappointed in the people who worked that night. I seriously hope they can get their act together.
