I ordered a quesadilla just one part was hot the rest were very cold and it was a mess all the stuff were out of the quesadilla the person did this was extremely messy.

I have an issue with your Associate’s snippy and rude demeanor. I made an online order for 11pm. I rolled in at 11:15. I stated I have an order for Robert. I ever so slightly moved a completed bag to read the receipt to see if it was my order, as I am 15 minutes late. The side eye and comments from Star I believe she said was her name, was completely unnecessary, as nobody has ever given me any grief for doing this in the past. I grab my bag , I even fill up my own drink. Easy-peasy!!! She didn’t even get the order right. Been sitting at the drive-thru counter since 10:50. I don’t appreciate her lack of effort to fetch my food, her sarcastic comments, and her obnoxious smirking. It was as if she was looking to pick an argument. Let’s find someone more pleasant to deal with the customers. The whole point of ordering early online, is to walk-in and pick-up. I got a 30 minute lunch break. I would have made the order for 11:10, but I am never confident that my order will be ready for pick-up, due to lack of consistency.
I got 2 cars, I spend around $250 a month on gas, and buy food at Sheetz. At the end of the year, that's a few thousand dollars. If this is the best Sheetz can do in regards to customer service, Wawa is 1 block down the street. Working Saturday night sucks, I am at work till 4am. I don’t need to infected by somegone else's dark cloud of negativity. Peace and love, peace and love!! BTW, The new tea dispenser is awesome!!

My expectations of MTO food from a Sheetz or a Wawa are very realistic—even so, what I got today was literally inedible. Bread toasted past rock-hard yet somehow soft and slimey on the bottom. Learned my lesson—no more food from here.

Bought 4 hotdogs with cheese. Cheese costs extra. It's supposed to be 1 slice per hotdog. They tore 1 slice of cheese into quarters to and used it for all 4 hotdogs.........

I have had so many issues at this Sheetz. Their drive thru has long wait time (26 minutes last trip). The manager does not care about the coffee, restocking the creamer, sugar or stir sticks (the simple stuff). Furthermore the last few times I’ve bought 21+ items, their employees have missed scans on items I’ve had to remind them of. Most recently one of their cashiers was so interested in a girl he wanted to talk to that he missed a purchase, and I had to actually wait until he was done talking with her to make sure my pump was activated. Lastly, today was the last straw… I ordered dinner, 2 subs for my wife and I. I ordered the flatbread that cost $8.69 for a “whole” which I’ve always ordered over 5 years. The MTO was incorrect as a flatbread is 2 flatbreads, not 1 which was made. When I went to pickup my order after paying, no one was there but my order was bagged and ready. I reached over the little circular table to get it and was met by a rude woman that sprung out of a back office and told me not to do that. I don’t say anything, but no one was there to greet me or hand me an order that was ready. I rolled my eyes and walked away without arguing. When I got to my car I checked and she only made a half sub. Went back in and asked to speak to a manager. She said “I am the manager and that’s a whole flatbread sub”. I told her that I’ve ordered the same sub for 5yrs and she cut me off and said “well that’s a whole and you don’t want to listen and can’t understand l, so you can leave”. I told her I would call the corporate store and I did. Ended up getting 2 free 12” subs and the agent said they would call the store and speak to her. Beware, this is a poorly ran store and customer service is obviously at the bottom of their list.

It was 11pm or so that I came into this establishment. My Fiancé and I adore Sheetz that’s actually our date place. Every-time we go the food is amazing, however tonight was the worst I’ve ever had it. I do appreciate the front cashier or manager lady who allowed us to get our boneless wings tossed in the sauce, as it’s been a bit since we visited we had no idea they took that away and added the dust instead. However, that does not excuse the unsafe food handling that I saw first hand while they were making my food, a lady was back there originally making my burger, I ordered a simple burger. She was making my food, then she had scratched her face with the same glove on that she then proceeded to make my burger. That is just my first issue. After that when I had received my food I opened my burger to find that the burger bun was extremely stale. I have worked at many food establishments, I have been food safe certified through very similar work places such as, Royal farms and Wawa, so I do know what I’m talking about. The lady proceeded to tell me that none of the other buns were stale and that it must have gotten too hard in the toaster oven. I know the difference between stale and extra toast, I make sandwiches for a living lol. I couldn’t even finish half of my burger, the meat itself was basically soggy like that had been sitting in your food warmer holding system for some time. Not only that when I had asked that same woman who scratched her face prior to wrap my hotdogs in separate wraps she caught an attitude, and slammed my hotdogs down on the food making table again with attitude. If you cannot deal with customers issue such as myself you SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED WORK ENVIRONMENT, and if you can’t follow simple food safety protocol then you SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN A FOOD BASED WORK ENVIRONMENT!!! Lastly, our fries were gross as anything, they seemed to be sitting for a while before we got them, they weren’t even warm. This is very sad and extremely unfortunate that we had to deal with this tonight. The date is -Friday April 19th @11pm or so- again we are extremely disappointed in the service tonight I understand things can get overwhelming but your job is to be there for the customers and serve them fresh SAFE food. I do expect something in return, I spent almost $50 there and the only things that was right was my Arizona Green tea. Thank you for your time. I love sheetz food, but I paid $5 for BEEF tacos with no beef in it. The quality has went downhill since they remodeled.

I ordered this oatmeal cookie cold brew and there was nothing to it. Since it took so long to make I just threw some creamer in there because the cashier was the person to make my coffee and it didn’t seem like he knew how ?
