I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with a deceptive solicitation practice I encountered at your store today. I came in specifically to visit Sephora and attempted to enter my Sephora account information at the checkout. The young lady behind the counter informed me that the rewards system on the machine was not working and instructed me to enter my details into a handheld device instead.
During this process, she asked for my name, phone number, and date of birth. I immediately asked if I was being signed up for something, and she assured me that I was not. She explicitly stated that my Sephora account was simply being updated. However, shortly after completing the transaction, I received a text message welcoming me to the Kohl’s membership program, something I had not consented to or requested.
I feel deeply misled, as I did not come into the store to provide my personal information to Kohl’s. I came specifically for Sephora and had no intention of enrolling in any Kohl’s program. I explicitly asked the associate about this and feel that she blatantly lied to me in order to solicit my information.
I do not appreciate these deceptive solicitation tactics and find it unacceptable that my personal information was used in this manner without my clear and informed consent.

The young lady who color matched me did an awesome job. We tried different brands and shade and gave it time to oxidize to make sure it was the right shade. They didn’t have my foundation shade in stock, but she sent me home with enough samples to get me until my order comes in ? it was a little busy, but I’m so thankful that the associate I worked with was able to take the time to find what works best for me!

I love all things makeup and beauty and Ulta is definitely my go-to, but Sephora has some amazing products too! They have a Moroccanoil Treatment Hair Oil, that works wonders in my hair. The customer service was good; no complaints there :) I even spoke with one of the workers about the bags under my eye, and she put me on to a caffeine under eye cream that's actually been working -- I've had it for about a month now.

Do not waste your time. They don’t have anything worth buying. It’s like a Sephora flea market. Everything is either out of stock or you have to get online. Save your gas and go to an ACTUAL Sephora.

Was charged incorrectly for an item. I brought it up during checkout but The customer sales representative did not try to fix the issue or confirm the price. My receipt also says something else other than mini travel fragrance which is what I bought. I had to go back and look at the item to see that I was charged more. It was only a few dollars but then the sales rep just looked and asked if I want to fix it. You should want to fix it ma’am, it was your mistake. And that isn’t the first time. I would rather shop online than to visit this location.This is my second issue. Just before Christmas I purchased a gift that I needed to return but the sales rep couldn’t figure out how to process it without the receipt. The manager did try to contact me to resolve that but I had already found the receipt and returned it at a later date.

Thanks to Tee the manager and Ms Briona. It was my first time visiting the store and they were so inviting. The store was well organized and the both of them were so knowledgeable about the products. I definitely knew more about the products I bought and it helped me not to be wasteful with my product. I just want to thank the ladies and thank Sephora for hiring such amazing people in their establishment. I definitely will let everyone I know about this location and I will be back for sure. And being that it has only been 4 months since opening I know I will have many more great experiences at this location. I felt very confident that I would add more beauty to myself with every product. I even bought more products because of these ladies.Thank you ladies once again and continue to be amazing individuals.

I went in to this Sephora and was very disappointed. I am an former employee at Sephora and i’ve always used to give top notch customer service. I went in and was not greeted at all as well as i asked for a sample of a fragrance (i’m thinking of buying one for myself and wanted to make sure i liked it bc i HATE returning items)i was declined a sample and when i told them that this was odd bc i come in frequently to this location to spend my money and have gotten samples before, they said that this was impossible bc they just opened. Idk how that makes since when i just came there to literally spend $200 and received great service w my samples a month ago by a gentlemen? the manager and the lady at the register was very rude and condescending as if i don’t have money to afford the fragrance. I will NOT be returning to this location and hope they offer more training to these “new” employees.

Went to the store at 10 am on Wednesday morning. The store was an absolute mess. Unfolded items everywhere and things scattered all over the place. It made it very difficult to find anything.
