Everytime I make an appt, I always have to wait 15-20 minutes when I come on time. Why schedule someone if you're not going to see them on time. Julie needs to recognize this issue because it's bad for business. I recommend going somewhere else.

I've been a customer about 9 yrs. There's been ups and downs, but overall I love the friendly and attentive atmosphere. Julie and Amy are the best.
