DA was my guy. Kinda a long story but it started as an inquiry for any news or preorder of a 2022 Golf R. DA contacted me about a nice 7.5 with low miles. I went down checked it out and ended up driving home in it. He is and has been super helpful during the whole ordeal. Very excited to work with Loyalty for anything and all with needs and of course wants concerning my car.
Just had the car in to get new wheels and tires put on. Bobby Adam's the Parts Manager was who I initially talk to and he did an absolute awesome job communicating to the rest of the team what corresponded. Big thank you to Service as well as Rob Willson and Shelby Jones for the added support and communicating.

My daughter and I were passing through on the way to South Carolina. I noticed that the coolant level in her 2014 Jetta was below the minimum line. We pulled into the express lane and they topped off the coolant but then also checked the pressure on all four tires and ran it through the car wash too! I was amazed and impressed by the level of service and we were in and out quickly! I highly recommend Loyalty VW!

I think the service department is excellent. But the auto sales department.... augh. After my car had it's work done we were headed back inside to pick it up. A man approached us outside in the heat, I had my service dog. I could not understand what he wanted, as he never got to the point with his questions.
It was 90 degrees out, the pavement was very hot and I had my service dog was there.
I paused out of respect, in case it was important, but good god!... we concluded he was trying to sell us a car, ...... and my partner noted to me, "her paws"... meaning my dogs paws were hot.
I was very annoyed as that was the second (outside) approach in a two hour time period. The nerve of him to stop us after I told him we have to get inside to pay for my car, and in that heat wave, with my service dog!!
They do not jump to a sell, so "I could not tell if they were from the service department or not". Hence was why I paused. I was momentarily confused. Be warned.

Wonderful sales experience with my Tiguan. Logan Mcnutt was helpful, listened to my wants and needs, and was exceptionally courteous. Manners are hard to find these days and Logan possesses them, along with a refreshing and enthusiastic attitude. Very happy with my purchase!

We purchased our brand new Volkswagen in 2020 in New York and then immediately moved down here to Virginia. We took our Volkswagen to loyalty Volkswagen and for four years they had honored the free oil changes for life. It had been in our chart the entire four years. Today I go to get a routine oil change and I was informed that today would be our last time getting a free oil change because we bought our car at another Volkswagen dealership. This is very disappointing because after I asked her to check the paperwork, she claimed that there was no record of us having this deal at all. Even though we’ve had multiple oil changes over the past four years. This is also the only place we’ve taken our Volkswagen to. We were planning on trading in our Volkswagen for a newer model in just a few weeks and now plan to go elsewhere because they seem to go back on their word. I’m still giving them a three star because up until today’s visit it has always been a wonderful experience , but be cautious if they offer you any “lifetime deals”.
The other reason I took away a star was because the lady who was helping me came off very rude. She went and talked to her manager claimed she couldn’t find a note or any history. I’ll be having free oil changes, they did honor a free oil change today and mentioned that it would be my last so I think her and then when I went to leave, I thanked her again and told her I appreciate her and she literally rolled her eyes at me and turned away.
