Worst mistake I made this year. Every time I go in, I encounter problems. Last time in, I came out with a damaged bumper and metal shavings on the driver's side floor. In my opinion, they are VERY unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Brought my vehicle in on 4/25/24 for an auto accident, and didn’t get it back until the end of May. Didn’t update me or my mother the whole time throughout them keeping my vehicle. Had to call into the shop every other day to get bad news about my car. Really blunt and nonchalant and didn’t even car about my car. Once I got my car back it had no gas in it, 0 miles, and I heard a weird knocking as soon as I left the dealership. Only reason I didn’t bring it back immediately is because I needed my car, they had it for a whole month prior. Upon driving my car for a few days I heard a weird knocking noise from my engine and also the check engine light was flicking on and off. When the engine light is on my “engine power is reduced.” Had to take the car back this Friday, the 26th because they told me I have a lifetime warranty from when they initially fixed it. Now their saying that the engine light being on isn’t there issue, which is a lie because ever since I received my car it hasn’t been worked on since. Now we’re waiting to see how my vehicle will get fixed. Very unprofessional and unpleasant business on Loyalty’s end.

Trash in the paint missing body part had my car there for a month that's why I won't take it back cuz they may keep it another month cost me a lot of extra money for car rental I had a very bad experience with them was told my car battery went bad a year old car that means a year old battery so I spent almost $300 for a battery and it turned out that it was the battery in the key that went bad and the smell of cigarettes was left in my car all this is caused by a beaver running out in the road people beware of this place do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else you'll probably get better job done from a backyard body shop

Shawn was amazing! Shelby too! They both kept me in the loop all the time with my car repair. I was very pleased and would 100% recommend this company! They are both assets to your company. I also loved their great personalities and amazing work ethics.

My Toyota RAV4 was brought to the collision center to have paintwork done for a Toyota paint recall. After it was seen and the problem diagnosed, I had to wait 3 months for the next opening for drop-off.
I was told it would take it took approximately 2 weeks and was authorized by Toyota a free rental car for 10 days. Since the drop off date was 3 days before I was traveling for 2 weeks, I told them I would not take the rental car yet but would pick it up if there was a delay, which she said she would note in my chart and told me I could drop in any time to pick it up.
About a week after drop off, I received two messages from Shelby informing me of my car's progress and told to text or call with questions. I texted back and did not receive any update until I reached back out again nearly a week later. I was told by Shelby that the estimator would reach out to me with a more detailed description of where my car was at in the process and an estimated pick up date, as she could not give one at that time.
During the third week, I still had not received any additional update and had to call 2 additional times, and was consistently told my car was 'finished, but in detailing' and can't be released until it goes through 'any necessary checks and calibrations'. After waiting another few days, I called back at the end of the third week and a staff member informed me that my car would be ready for pickup the next day (Friday), and I told her that I would not be able to pick up on Friday, but I would be by at opening in Saturday morning- she said that worked and I'd receive a confirmation call Friday once it was finalized. The next day, I received no calls and waited all day for communication, not wanting to bother them if they were busy and making call backs at the end of the day. Come 5:30 though (with them closing at 6) I decided to call myself to get that final confirmation. I called the body shop 3 times with no answer, then the collision department 2 times with no answer. Eventually I called the service department and asked them to get me in touch with someone at the collision center directly since they were not able to pull my details, and after two attempts was finally able to get through to a woman in the rental department. She then transferred me to the front desk of body shop who ALSO said she could not give me any details of my car other than that it was not ready for pickup (as she did not have the keys and packet at the front) and the estimators were all gone for the day- at this point it was 550. She informed me that no managers or estimators would be available the following day (Saturday) to assist me with checking on my vehicle as only the front desk would be present and they do not have file access.
At this point, it had been over 3 weeks since dropping off my vehicle and I needed a car for the following day as I couldn't use my husband's to get to work. The clerk rushed me off the phone after delivering that information before I could ask that I finally cash in on the rental I was promised, and when I tried calling back immediately to ask them to have a car available for pickup the next morning, I could not get through as they had closed. The next morning, I called directly at opening asking if I could come in and pick up the rental I had available on my account. The front desk clerk told me that I could not have a rental as the rental department was not available on Saturdays and they could only provide rentals to individuals that 'had arranged pickup prior'.
And the final kicker was that when I went to pick up my car Monday morning, I noticed my windshield state inspection stickers had been ripped off and destroyed and left in my cupholder with an unattached EZ pass that had its Velcro attachment removed. I realized that my windshield was replaced (the small chip was no longer there and it was spotless), and they did not tell me. I told the estimator that they re

They went above and beyond for me! Hopefully I won't need collision repair services again but I wouldn't hesitate to come back to loyalty if I ever do.

Went here to get a self pay quote on car repair and was floored when they gave me an estimate for almost $6,000 for a simple door dent. Decided to go through my insurance company and their estimate for the entire repair was $1,400. Needless to say I will NOT use this shop for the current or any future repairs. Also found the front counter lady to rather unfriendly and snippy.

I must express my disappointment with the overall experience I had with them. Despite waiting patiently for over a month for my 9:15 am appointment, unforeseen circumstances led me to arrive at 9:25 am. Having worked a night shift to ensure I had the day off for this appointment, I was disheartened to find out that I would need to reschedule.
The receptionist explained the policy of allowing only a 15-minute window for appointments, and while I acknowledged my tardiness, I demonstrated that I fell within this timeframe. Unfortunately, she seemed resolute in her decision. In an effort to seek a fair resolution, she asked the mechanic for their perspective, and it was determined that they only allow 1-2 minute delays (changed from the 15 minutes they had told me earlier).
As a physician who comprehends the complexities of scheduling and the occasional need for flexibility in patient appointments, I found this experience particularly disheartening. Despite my understanding, I felt a lack of empathy in this situation. It is worth noting that this collision center is the sole Toyota certified facility under State Farm, making it the only choice for me.
In the spirit of constructive feedback, I hope that the center could consider a more understanding approach, especially when the delay is minimal and extenuating circumstances are taken into account. My next appointment is another month out.

Nice building ,they 'seem' to be professional. But what's up with the customer service? Walk in and I get ignored for about 10 minutes with the lady right in front of me. ?
