12860 Jefferson Davis Hwy, ChesterMy ferrets love the dried minnows which petsmart sells for cats in a larger quantity and cheaper price than the other pet store marked for ferrets for more money and less minnows. It's kind of ridiculous. Petsmart has good deals on litter and they sell the cheaper cat foods which are the only ones my cats will eat haha. And let's not forget how adorable their pet products are from pillows to clothing and other things like the character pool and all that good stuff. It's always giving!!

She has cared for my cats for the last four or five years; even my feral female stays calm without being sedated while being treated by Dr. Mason. The office staff and vet techs are also excellent, very friendly, helpful, while also being very professional. I highly recommend Whiskers and Wags Animal Hospital.

12021 Iron Bridge Rd, ChesterI am very pleased with Juliet's care at Chester resort . She goes to day care a few times a month and howls when we walk in.. and I mean howls with excitement.
The staff is so friendly and upbeat .. I always feel welcome which is very nice as I know my girl can be a handful at times.
I like the fact that the dogs are in runs not crates . I love the fact that they put a cap on how many dogs can come each day . And I like that they are careful with letting dogs in with the play group. I have a working line German shepherd dog and she can be dog reactive .. I am pleased that they are careful with her interactions with other dogs.
My girl is three now ..almost 4 and is fine staying home while I work but I will continue to use the daycare because she is so happy and excited to go!

Wally's Sweet Spot
4220 Celebration Ave, ChesterWe tried this place once before, but we went right when they were opening. We weren't thrilled that the soft serve did not have time to freeze yet so it was very soupy. We went later in the day this time and the texture was so much better. My kids swirl cone and strawberry nachos. I opted for the s'mores milkshake. I love that This is one of the few places that does swirled ice cream. The pretty swirl it makes while adding the flavor is just so nostalgic for me. Ice cream nachos were one of the most unique things we've tried in a while. I love the little dipping waffle cone pieces. It was delicious. I also loved the milkshake because the toasted marshmallow ice cream was really good. I had her add chocolate and graham crackers which was really good, but I would probably forego the chocolate next time because it slightly overpowered the really nice marshmallow ice cream. It would have been amazing too with just the graham cracker. The service wasn't bad, we were second in line and got our ice cream pretty quickly. Not much ambiance to speak of, you order at the takeout window (much like a similar chain ice cream place) and then they do have a handful of picnic tables around back, so that is cool when you don't want ice cream melting in your car. We will definitely be back, probably to split more of the cool nachos.

14501 Jefferson Davis Hwy, ChesterI recently visited Ashton Creek Vineyard and had an absolutely delightful experience. The vineyard's atmosphere is both welcoming and charming, enhanced by their fantastic dog-friendly patio. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with your furry friend by your side. The highlight of my visit was definitely the food. I ordered the lamb gyro, and it was simply delicious--tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The menu offered a great selection, and everything sounded tempting. Of course, a visit to a vineyard wouldn't be complete without trying some wine, and Ashton Creek did not disappoint. The wines were excellent, offering a variety of flavors to suit any palate. It was a wonderful accompaniment to the meal and just added to the overall enjoyment of the visit.
