They don't understand the meaning of the word "reservation". I reserved a truck 20 days ago and they called me the day before I needed it and informed me that they didn't have such a truck and had only a truck of half the size.When I asked why they would take a reservation without a truck to fulfill it they said they "always say yes" to reservations regardless of their inventory. Needless to say that's a dumb way to operate.I will give them 2 stars instead of one on account of the fact that they did call the day before and inform me of their error and the person I spoke to was nice.

Less expensive than other rental truck places. This location really takes care of their trucks, and from what I could tell, the majority of their trucks are new. The pre- and post inspections were very thorough. The only thing I didn't like were the brakes. They seemed to need a little more pressure than I was comfortable with. But it is a box truck, not exactly my everyday transportation.

Customer parking is always 100% full despite there never being any customers in the waiting room. You'd think they'd have enough sense to leave just one space open for customers. Really shows how much the management pays attention to the customer experience.

Sorriest experience we've ever had. First trucks transmission went out had to wait overnight for another truck. They had 2 men unload our belongings and reload the new truck. Second truck had a blowout. We waited around for awhile to get roadside assistance to come and put on a new tire. We wasted so much time there that we drove as far as we could and stopped again for the night. We got up early the next morning and headed 6 1/2 hours to get to our destination. It was a 14 hour drive initially. When we finally arrived, Penske sent movers over to unload. They started unloading and so much was damaged and broken. I mean, furniture broken in to. The items that did survive was scratched up really bad. Family heirlooms crushed and broken. I was completely devastated. I'm an older lady and these things had belonged to my grandparents that have passed on over 40+ years ago. They were almost 100 when they died. Several things were my mom and dad's. One item that my mom held dearly was a wedding gift to them. They had been married almost 50 years when she passed and that was over 20 years. I treasured those items as much as they did. They sent out a inspector and he had the gall to tell us we only had a $200 claim. I wanted to ring his fat neck. I was livid, my husband too. There is no amount of money that can replace those sentimental antique belongings or my daughters antique headboard that went with her bedroom suite or the tears in our leather couches, only a year old, or the deep scratches on my 1 y/o dining room suite and also our 1 y/o bedroom suite. We only had our guest BR suite that went untouched. And that idiot said we only had a $200 claim. He's a fool. I am just put out with Penske. We wouldn't wish them on anyone!

I took my workshop in to get service to get service after my job had already called them they said it would be a quick fix for my truck when I get there they said that it's going to be 1 or 2 hours something that takes 5 minute
