I had a great experience with Patton's Auto. I originally went to the Audi dealership and they did not provide a thorough explanation for the work needing to be done so I decided to give Patton's auto a call for a second opinion. Vince was very informative and explained everything to me in detail. Additionally, the cost to fix my car at Patton's was about 1k cheaper than what Audi quoted me. I plan to return and would definitely recommend.

Jeff Patton and his staff consistently overperform! They are professional, knowledgeable and priced right. The best thing I can say is: Once they fix a problem, it stays fixed! Jeff kept my 2001 Audi on the road for 21 years and he is the only person I trust with my current vehicle!

My husband and I are impressed with Patton's customer service and quality of work. Vincent was courteous, patient, and professional. He explained every step of the process, including the convenient drop-off and after-hours pick-up box. He communicated everything that was done to our car. We received phone calls to update us on the work's progress. The quote was reasonable and actually was adjusted lower (in our favor!). In fact, the entire experience was pleasant. We definitely will return as needed and will refer folks to Pattons!

What can I say aside from these folks are just downright awesome, customer-friendly mechanics. Despite being severely busy due to a plethora of things, they managed to not only check my car within a couple days from drop off, but identified all the problems and had it fixed that same day. It was such a blessing to get my car back so fast because being 6 (going on 7) months pregnant meant I needed reliable transportation at a moment's notice and I had already been without a car for going on two weeks. The cost for parts and labor was more than fair, and Vince was an absolute sweetheart during the whole situation with keeping me in the loop on any progress. I sincerely appreciate their hard work and feel they're the best at what they do.

I started using Patton's about 13 years ago. Jeff takes time to know his regulars and even remembered a story I told him 12 years ago. This mechanic shop is a keeper! I PRAISED JEff and his technicians for their honest and timely work. No surprise bill at the end.... they keep you informed and asks approvals before doing anything. They now service all 3 of our vehicles, our sons, Mother in law, her friends and our neighbors. I recommend them to everyone! If you are looking for a honest auto mechanic come to Patton's Auto & Tire. They are not shady and do not slap inspection stickers on unless you car truly passed inspection...... integrity and that is why I recommend them everyone! Update 6/14/2023 Today I called Vince to ask if they could help me with removing the spare tire from under my F150 as I had lost the tools to do it myself. Jeff showed me where the tools are inside the cab (I never saw that opening) and he showed me how to use them and how to lower the tire. The tire was factory installed in 2006 and had never been lowered so it still had the blue chalk on the Micheline. Jeff disposed of the dry rotted tire and once again confirmed why they are my go-to mechanics and tire professionals. Jeff and Lori Patton are one of a kind..... the best kind.

After my inspection, Patton’s informed me of a faulty strut and brake noise. They gave me the impression that they didn’t know if the brake noise was cosmetic or a problem (not sure why they could not determine that). In addition, after finding and ordering strut replacements, and attempting to schedule an appoint, they stated parts they have not sold will not be installed (unless replacing tires, I find that laughable). I get the impression they want to overcharge or make commissions, not going back.Services: Auto tire replacement
