“This place is just what I needed. Very clean facility. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. They have places to store my boat, Rv and a back lot where I can park my commercial vehicle. "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to call this place first for pricing. Oh, and ask for "Tammy". She's always my "go to".”

“Tony did an excellent job of scheduling, and prepping us for what we needed to do. Three movers showed up on time as scheduled (Mr. Lemons, KJ, and a third that was brand new). They did a great job telling me when the furniture was at risk in the move and letting me know up front so I could make an informed decision on how to handle the situation.
Was just a 5 mile move, but they made us feel like it was cross country with their care.”

I am writing this review, because Kim in the service department went out of her way to make and keep an appointment for me to bring my Isuzu over 100 miles to get serviced. The work was done properly and on time, thank you Kim!”

“For line haul, this is RIC. Dispatch will send you a message on where to place the trailers during the week. Any relays should go at the other end of the dock from where you enter. Leave sets with the same terminal hooked. The office is in the middle of the dock and can be reached by a ramp. Bathrooms are across from the office, down a short flight of stairs. During the weekend, RIC freight goes in the doors. There is fuel and a scale here.”
“I had a great experience over the last 3 years with Smartbox. In 2021 we sold our home and had 2 boxes delivered on time right in our driveway. We packed them floor to ceiling and they picked up right on time. We accessed them once at their facility, where they placed them in the parking lot for easy access. I closed out the account when we picked up the contents ourselves and hauled to our new home. After 3 years the contents looked exactly as we packed them. No leaks, tumbles, etc.
My only complaint is that our destination was further from the warehouse than anticipated (2.5 hours) and they could not deliver without using a partner that wanted an insane amount ($2500) to deliver to a local warehouse, not my driveway. Obviously we picked up ourselves and just drove it to the new house.
I'd use them again if I knew both locations would be within their delivery area.”

“All of my items were handled with the care I expected. I was disappointed that I had to tighten and check all of the furniture pieces that needed to be put back together, especially the bed and bedroom furniture. Some were left completely loose. The gentleman were very respectful and professional and I would absolutely use them in the future if needed however be more vigilant to ensure everything was built back the way it was taken down.”

“This place has everything you need. U-Hauls on hand, spacious while taken care of units. Great security, and fantastic people who can answer any questions you may have accurately and with ease. There's a reason this business has been going for as long as it has. So far I've been here for just a few weeks, though will stay as long as necessary. The price is fantastic, and the ability to get a truck if necessary on site was fantastic.
Probably the best storage experience I've had.”
