We worked with Emily who was very thorough in answering our questions and providing advice on the various models, as well as letting us test each, explaning Sleep Number's policies and rewards. We were planning to buy online but are so glad we stopped by in person to view the mattresses and get help from Emily. We ended up ginalizing our order with her over the phone later that day. Great customer service, and we can't wait to get our new mattress!”
