Kroger at BRECKENRIDGE RT. 1 is Horrible !!People that work there are rude ! Have Kroger card why have to have App.on phone also ?! Don't have App.so don't get weekly specials?! That's WRONG. I drove to your store to shop , parked went in but not able to get weekly specials ? !! That's just crazy,wrong! Shelf price out of date stickers,you have to catch it and point out wait forever while disgusted employee walks back to shelf, all this holds up lines , takes forever ! Then never say sorry this happened

Huge supermarket, tons of employees, and no cashiers whenever I come here in the evening. I'm disabled and refuse to use self checkout. Welcome to the broken state of customer service in 2024.

I pulled up at 925. The doors were locked. They were supposed to be locked at 10. I purposely pulled up on this side because everything I wanted is on this side(produce). I asked customer service did she know the doors were locked. She said yeah we started locking them early a month ago. I told her they need to change the sign. I was in and out it's 950. Do better Kroger.

I order online and pick up. They are fast and nice. And I usually don't have a problem with out of stock items there.

Seems like either a poorly managed store and/or understaffed…I suspect both. No carts as you enter store, many aisles cluttered with goods that need to be put on shelves AND most importantly discounts from 75% or more of sale and coupon items we purchased did not come off at register!! We had to unload half the car with all those items and go back into store to get corrected. Unimpressed with this store and Kroger as a company - I’ll shop at Publix and other grocers that know how to properly manage their stores and customer expectations moving forward.

Got their Fried Chicken today..the batter is a gross looking orange with zero taste..yuck!!! We use to and I mean use to buy the fried chicken regularly..and again Kroger you have managed to take a good thing and ruin it. So sad!!!

Definitely the best grocery store in the area. It's very spacious and easy to navigate, the cashiers and stockers are helpful and friendly, and the store always looks clean despite the volume of customers. The biggest compliment I can give is that prices are always low, I end up paying about $100 less for monthly groceries here than I do at places like Walmart and FoodLion.

Only thing open was self check outs and none of them were working properly. 3 employees running around like crazy to keep up with all of the errors coming up on the check outs, at that point I feel like they would have been better off opening 3 cashier ran check outs. Need to get the self checkout working smoothly or shut it down for good.

Lately we have seen expired products on shelves, most recently was soft and squishy produce! We know that a lot of places use self checkout but it would be really nice for your customers if you would staff more than ONE register between your hours of 1 to 7 at least!!!! Not like you seem to care!!

This Kroger has the most consistently disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. There is feces all over the toilets, and the toilet paper is left on the floor, because apparently the employees are too inept and/or lazy to install it in the holders. It's inexcusable.

Three days in a row I’ve come to this location in attempts to pay a bill at three separate times and every time the money center is closed other workers see you standing there looking to see you for hours and completely. Ignore you today. One lady stated that they go to lunch. Nobody else is able to work that area which is a huge inconvenience seeing as for three days in a row. I have attempted to pay a bill and never know what time they go to lunch or anything I never again will I use this location? Kroger is more convenient and usually has a better threshold of employees, but I’ve noticed a huge decline Just very inconvenient especially to not have anything posted

Terrible Customer service in the Floral Department-Instead of simply stating the stores policy _ ( if you have a recipt to show you can get your balloon filled up - we dont fill balloons that are not from kroger...) I would have just gone home and printed my recipt out no big deal.- instead she started trying to explain to me why she thought the balloon was not krogers, (it was) and that it had been filled already- ( it had not and still had tags on it and was sealed)so basically she was trying to say i was trying to "steal" helium...from kroger or something? im not sure.Overall a strange interaction and im not sure why she would make up lies instead of just stating the policy and leaving it at that. More employee training and coaching for this employee is probably nessessary - as she works with balloons but still cant distinguish any of the actual items or condition of any of them.

The very few checkers available are very rude. The last time I was there, the two checkers claimed they were closed, and said they did not know why the other was claimed to be closed. They force you to use Self Checkout, which problematic. Never shopping there again. Treat your customers and employees with respect, or go out of business.

The store only has 1 cashier in the whole store even at 5pm on a week night. Selection is great from produce, meat/seafood, deli etc. but does it matter when you have to stand in a self checkout line that’s from the front all the way to the back of the store.. bring back ACTUAL CASHIERS. When you have to wait in line for a hour it doesn’t matter to how fresh things are when you pick them. Frozen items are thawed by the time you get finished checking out.
