Management is awful, don't communicate effectively with customers or there own staff. Customer service is never staff, you will wait a minimum 30+ minutes with asking ? staff.
If I had a location closer then 25+ minutes away I would take it.

Their shopping carts lock up
Electronically and you cannot push your cart past a certain portion in the very tiny parking lot . Go to a different Kroger .

Would be nice if one time I could come into Kroger and not have all the isles blocked full of boxes and stuff they havent put away or them stocking shelves and being rude and won’t move or blocking items with boxes you can’t get to…I don’t get why you can not stock at night or when people are not trying to shop and then you get rude when they have to stop stocking to let someone get by

Martin was less than kind, not very helpful and didn't seem to care much. I shop there several days a week. I came in to get one thing: buttermilk, and took the last 4 bottles that were stocked and asked Martin if there was more in the back. He went to "check" and then returned to tell me, "The pallets are stacked and I can't see them, so....." And then he walked away. Thanks for the "help."

A weird lady named Terry keeps taking pictures of customers! EW!! Super inappropriate, you are at WORK!! No one wants their picture taken by a stranger while they are checking out at the store, STOP ?
