This practice used to be awesome when I started over 15 years ago my whole family has been seen here but they are definitely the worst now. They can not keep any physicians, this is the 3ed person I’ve been to in these years of going here, there is no guarantee that you will see your selected physician, or be seen at all in a timely matter, this is the second year I’ve had to pay out of pocket for my child to get a physical after scheduling well in advance and prompted to go to patient first by a employee. I am very disappointed in the services I have been receiving. The great doctors never stay and we are stuck now trying to find another PCP after all these years!

I am only giving one start because I can't leave a negative star review I would!! It's absolutely ridiculous that a doctor's office can't return communication in 24 hours or more and when prompted thru the phone service to request a same day sick appt it still didn't happen!! Upon calling back on this the second day, I can't get anyone to answer a phone for any extension prompt!! And they know this appt is for an elderly health impaired current patient!
Maybe I should have changed PCP after last month when we went to appt well check and one of the nurse's husband's, who is not a professional contractor and doesn't have license to perform work as such nor directly employed with Bon Secours, was "hanging" dry erase boards directly behind the check in area in the middle of the day. That stuff should be taken care of before or after hours by a bonded or certified person without any chances of just anyone hearing or seeing info that's confidential!! When hanging such large items on a wall typically they should be centered and level using proper measuring devices such as tape measure and level not your eye and the eye guess of 2 receptionists and a nurse.

Dr. Rose is the issue here. He dosen’t listen to the needs of those he provides service to. He also feels that it’s okay to reply in a sarcastic or demeaning tone to his patients.I went in for some simple paper work and have ended up in a fight with the doctor over something that could have easily taken 3 mins to help with.His use of tone in messages is also highly inappropriate and disrespectful. He gets mad when you call him out on not doing what he said he would/could do.Will never see Dr. Rose again, absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.Ace your time and go see another doctor in the office, or go to a new office altogether.Will be contacting Office HR and Management.

Be prepared to wait on hold forever, never get a phone call back, especially if you request to speak with a manager.

Canceled my 7 AM appointment when I was about to turn into their parking lot because the doctor was sick. If he is sick, I should be notified well in advance before my appointment and not 10 minutes prior when I have already arrived and taken off work for the morning. Waited so long for an in person appointment just to have it rescheduled to virtual.

My husband was diagnosed with Bell's and we were referred by the emergency to this physician office. The woman gave awful customer service.

This used to be an awesome office for primary care but not anymore. Even though I have been a patient for 10 yrs, I am somehow now a new patient and have to see one of the children they have hired recently. Never again, finding a new practice that actually cares about their loyal patients. Do better Bon Secours, this is unacceptable.

Don’t go here unless you never want to be actually seen. I called crying because I felt that bad, I had already been seen at Patient First only to be told the earliest I could be seen was over a week out. Seeing as I haven’t been seen in almost 2 years, I wonder why I haven’t been seen there. There are NEVER any appointments available. Clearly they have too many patients to keep track of or give time for. Absolute waste of a primary care physician.

2nd time coming here and 2nd problem. Been sitting here over an hour waiting for a scheduled physical. The receptionist is saying it is her fault. That does not get my hour back. Idiots. Will be changing doctors.

Love working with my nurse practitioner there. Fast turn around on results from blood work.
