Absolutely terrible! Do not stay here! There was a GIANT cockroach in the corner of my room. The floors are stained and feel unclean. The elevator is terrifying to ride and smells like brakes. The gym is not clean, only positive is there is a Peloton in there. There is no bar and they do not serve Starbucks there espresso machine is broken. Good luck finding the front desk person after hours. This should be removed from any recommendation. Stay at your own risk. Not only was it one of the worst hotels stayed at it was the most disgusting Hyatt I have ever seen.

Midz Hyatt stay at the Residence Inn next door it's much nicer. Work traveler Ive stayed at both now.

Drove two hours through a rain storm to stay at this location. I didn't have a reservation because our plans were tenantive. Arrived at midnight exhausted and the clerk was arrogant and unprofessional about being interrupted because she couldn't check anyone in until 11am. Not what I expected from Hyatt.

no issues in room, hallways were clean but stuffy and had a sour smell upon arrival. Smelled better over the weekend. The staff was able to accommodate our request for a 1st floor room upon arrival when the elevator was not working so that was a plus. Overall, enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place due to work being done on our home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar is one of the best we've ever seen. More than your average. You get a full home cooked breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit and variety of foods. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Any request we had was met with a smile and speedy turn around. Lots of ball teams stayed during our time there but everything was kept up and the noise was at a minimum. From the time you walked into the door until you walked out the staff recognized you and treated you like family. Hats off to the manager who has led a terrific team who knows the importance of the appearance of the hotel and the attitudes of their workers.

We stayed here 12 nights. The staff were all super friendly and the hotel was very clean. We did not see any bugs or grime anywhere. This hotel is pet friendly, but we were not disturbed by any barking. My kids can also be noisy sometimes, but no one made us feel unwelcome at all. There is a free breakfast bar that includes a lot of options. The outdoor pool is private and nice too. Overall, this is a great choice, and I'm sure we will stay here again if we're in the area!
Rooms: We got a suite with a living area that contained a pull-out couch bed, and a connected room with 2 double beds. I will say, double beds are a lot smaller than queen beds, but our family of 5 had plenty of room to sleep. The bathroom was mostly taken up by the bathtub, so not a lot of space in there.
Walkability: There is a Wawa, Taco Bell, a nail place, Jalapeños Mexican restaurant, and Chens Chinese restaurant touching the hotel parking lot. If you want to cross 1 road, there are also McDonalds, Waffle House, and another gas station.

Stayed one night on our way home from Florida. The hotel is spotless. I was so impressed! The evening staff was nice but the morning staff were incredible!!!! They were so happy and full of smiles. Just what you want to see first thing in the morning! The complimentary breakfast offered excellent selections and was fresh and delicious!!!! I was so happy with our experience and I just loved the staff. Will stay again!
