Kattie at the front desk and Cede were great. The room was spacious and clean. Will definitely be making this my normal hotel of choice when I come to this city.
Rooms: Nice clean fridge, microwave, and stove top for cooking (no oven). Nice water pressure in shower. Furniture made me feel at home and bed was just as soft as the pillows.

I always stay here for my College Homecoming weekend with a group of friends. This is my second time staying here and both times the staff and my accommodations were very good.
Rooms: Great price compared to other places.

Totally new remodel , exceptional Magnificent experience staff professional . environment here quiet clean both inside outside on property full in door poo breakfast etc . Area not busy at All but several grocery stores chains restaurants and other amenities to meet your stay enjoyably wonderful experience

Homewood suites is an awesome hotel. They have many amenities. They have nice clean rooms and a pool. The associates are very friendly and helpful. The place is well taken care of. They have free Continental breakfast. We frequent hear about several times a year. My fiance loves this place. I highly recommend Homewood suites.

Wanted to recognize Beatrice for her professionalism and kindness that helped make a huge difference to our stay.Just checked in at Homewood Suites, Chester, VA and thankful that our room was ready by 12.30pm which was a good thing. The rooms are clean and the King suite has a bedroom with a bathroom ensuite and TV, ceiling fans and a door that separates the living room from bedroom. This is very ideal for family and privacy. The living room has sleeper Sofa that can sleep 2 people and had a TV and a small dining table . The breakfast is included in their packages. They also have free Wifi and functional swimming pool.

I stayed twice, two weeks in a row back in June 2021. The people were nice, jumps if I asked. At the time it was a little dated. Some things weren't available because it was then ending of Covid but they still offer breakfast and accommodate in other ways. At the time they had ants in the kitchen which freaked me out. The next week went a floor higher but still got ants it's just part of the experience. Great coffee BTW, the times I had it was so smooth and delightful. From the pictures I saw now they seem to update a lot hope they got rid of r he ants and keep the coffee
Food and drinks: Had good places close by you can walk to some and drive to others. The food at the time, was affordable

Stayed overnight for sons 10th birthday. Wanted to utilize the indoor pool. Had to cut the swimming short when chlorine started leaking from a adjacent room. All 5 children felt nauseous and had to shower and rest the rest of evening. The hotel management covered the room cost but lied to me about a free voucher for another stay. Would definitely not recommend or stay here ever.***Update as of today5/29/24. Still no vouchers I have been lied to so many times from all levels of the hotel as well as the corporate representative. Really disappointed but really not surprised****

PET FRIENDLY, rooms are big, showers are amazing, full kitchen in the room
is great, and social night on Wednesdays is pretty much free dinner. Hands down the best hotel in town, I will never want to stay at any other hotel when I’m in Chester!

Everything was very nice, but that sofa bed mattress is not good at all. You can not lay down on it and be able to feel good The next day. Spring mattress is out a long time ago, update the sofa bed would be nice.

The tipping system on this hotel is shared, so the crew doesn't bother customize service. We stayed a week, didn't ask for cleaning for consecutive days, and when we did, they didn't bother cleaning our room.

Decent enough room but needs a new mattress ... very uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK at best; I have had better Homewood breakfast. Nice happy hour with good beer and wine. Staff were helpful and pleasant although the overt push for tipping is more than I have seen anywhere ... tip jars and QR codes to make tipping easier for the lobby staff was a BIG put off for me.
