Over all good experience. Book online and you can safe a few dollars. Breakfast was ok, not the best. They cleared some of the breakfast items of before the end of breakfast and I could not find a regular or a chocolate milk for my child. Only a skim milk which she did not like with her cereal. But it was clean, friendly staff and felt safe.

We were there right before Christmas after a tree fell on our apartment. Myself and my girls felt right at home. It was a special time with them, so thankful for their lives. The staff were so good to us for the 3 weeks we stayed. ❤

Our stay was for a soccer tournament in the area. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and even though the front desk seemed to be understaffed the person working it was friendly and very helpful. Our tv wasn't working properly but they tried to fix it and offered me a different room.

Thanks to Bianca and Tara for the excellent breakfast that was cooked to perfection, I had my doubt's, but I was wrong for thinking like that. and they were extra nice personally and professionally. Keep them there, and they deserve a raise!
Safety: Safety is a priority for me, and it was safe and quiet.
Walkability: Very well lit and easy to walk to alot of stuff.

omg I’m never coming again , there was poop on the toilet , door knob was falling of to my bathroom, thier was dirty in the shower nothing but black stuff was coming out the water YUCKK. My first room had bed bugs and room door was broke. food was destroyed and nasty the eggs had bugs on them NEVER AGAINN .
Rooms: Nasty , disgusting, messy , broken stuff .
Food and drinks: had bugs on the eggs & the juices taste like water

Absolutely the worst and most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at! Room so damp that wallpaper has bubbled, paint peeling with black mold underneath along with mold on the bathroom ceiling! All of this on top of the paper thin walls, broken elevators and a TV that made everything a green color! Never ever again!

Stayed here for 2 weeks for work. Just full of annoyances (mostly minor) that made it so I would never stay here again or recommend it. The first room I was given smelled like cigarettes (not like someone smoked in the room, like someone who smoked their whole life stayed in the room) so I got switched to a different room. This room had little black ants, but it wasn’t like an infestation, I’d just see several of them every day in my room sometimes on me, in the bathroom, crawling over my phone on the nightstand. The hotel is really inconveniently (but conveniently) located near the entrance to I-95 but there’s medians in either direction so you have to pull a U-turn on a busy road to get there, which was sort of irritating. There was loud music with very heavy bass outside late at night, which was really annoying. The TV remote didn’t really work. The phone in the room didn’t work so if I needed the front desk I’d have to go all the way back downstairs. My key card stopped working 1 day before I was supposed to check out. The air conditioning was obnoxiously loud. I had a Teams call and turned off the AC so it wouldn’t be in the background but it didn’t stop the loud rattling noise, so do not stay here if you need to work from your room. Plus the WiFi was so bad most of the time it was basically unusable; websites would just sit there loading. My biggest complaint is that on my last day the elevator started acting up, so when it reached the floor you needed to go to, it made a LOUD crashing sound and the whole elevator shook. I thought I was going to be trapped inside. Did not feel safe using it again, which sucked because I was on the top floor and had a large and heavy suitcase.
The only positives I have were the Italian restaurant next to the hotel was great and the stray cat with funny ears that lives outside in the bushes was the highlight of my stay.

So impressed with this room. Although it is definitely time for a renovation, the room was spotless and the bed, pillows, and sheets were so comfortable. We booked it minutes before arriving at 11:30pm and the room was nice and cool when we entered. I really want to give it 5 stars but it desperately needs an overhaul. Staff was also super nice.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Chester for work and it was really nice. My room was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was suggestion to try the restaurant across the street "Don Pepe"... hot trash! If you stay at the Holiday Inn in Chester, skip Don Pepe and go down the street about another block. There are so many restaurants, bars, and stores to go to. Not being from the area, we didn't know, but I know now.
Rooms: My room was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was great.
