Very on point ...polite.....all were very professional.....I will be taking my car here again...I'm going today to see why a light came on as soon as I got in car it was on ... alignment and tire balance was the services I received...thanks to one young man working there for the coca-cola it was very appreciated....awesome employees....all of those I encountered. .thanks crew

Mechanic said my wheel cylinder was leaking and needed back drum brakes and that I also needed front brakes. That was a lie. Got second opinion and wheel cylinders are NOT leaking and the shoes are still like brand new. I did replace the front pads and rotors myself though. I will never take my business there again. Taking advantage of a woman.

As of today I will no longer be taking my vehicles to Allen Tire a Goodyear shop.For at least 15 years I have used them many times and today I was rurned down on an inspection for the parking brake light not coming on and they wanted almost $200 to replace switch that when I arrived to pick up the truck because I said no and lock up the truck that wasnt locked I srayed lubricant on the plunger in the lot and it works fine.Five minutes left before they closed I said ot works fine and Lori who works at the front said oh well.She also said the guy took the switch out amd worked on it and that must be why it now works.I said why didn't he put the sticker on it she said I guess he didn't test it.This isnt the first time she has lied to me because I have had that entire interior out of the truck and there is no sign of that part being removed.All they had to do is confirm the light worked and put the sticker on.I was still on the property,so of thats the way it's going to be then I will go else where.So much for taking 5 minutes and making the customer satisfied.I guess they are used to people just believing what they say.Goodyear should look into this and probably find other people with similar complaints.I was happy with them until today and they were wrong and Lori flat out lied.

an unfortunate situation. I went in to get my car fixed and had the alternator replaced. Well 700 dollars later the problem was still there and was told I should drive it around to see if the computer would pick up the real error....long story short, I had to buy a new car since the risk of crashing was way to high and I didn't want to spend another 700 dollars on an unnecessary fix.
