“We love how nicely stocked and organized everything is here each time we shop. Associates are always very kind and helpful! Asa I believe his name was in electronics helped us this evening. We were looking for a certain xbox controller that was listed online and said you all had only one in stock in the store. When we got there, we didn't see any on the shelf but Asa looked up the number and was able to get a location for it in the back and even checked out the rest of our items while we were back there. The only negative thing we ever experience when going to the store is not all prices seem to be listed. Sometimes it is difficult to figure out a price without having to find an associate to check into it. Which they are always happy to do, we just wish there were more prices posted!”
“Chandler was ver helpful in transferring sim to a new phone purchased elsewhere. He also dialed and spoke with customer service to facilitate cancelling a line which I no longer use on my plan. Everything was done quickly. He was also quite friendly, asking about my day (without slowing any service he was working on).
I also have a disability concerning standing and walking for extended time, and they helped me bring in a tall folding chair from my vehicle which is easier to get up from for me. I deeply appreciated this.”

“Was listening to employee Michael Noel talk about his recent bout with covid-19. I noticed while he told his tale, he was cooking food to put in a display case and for a customer. HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK! Between ringing up customers and going back to cooking food HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!This is the same kid who hides in cooler trying to scare people as they open door to grab a drink. He yells Hooty Hoo and amuses himself while poor girl at register is forced to work alone while there's a line of people waiting to check out and get back to their jobsThis store is really going down hill. I've shopped here for twenty years, and like the rest of my church congregation, I think I'll have to switch to WaWa.”

“I was in 7-Eleven today picking up a DoorDash order and the young gentleman Josh looked like he was working by himself. He has very good customer service skills. Josh spoke to everyone that came and when they came to the register. Josh was very polite and courteous. Keep up the excellent work”

“Service is pretty friendly, though I think there could be improvement on training and communication. Since this location has opened I've been coming here because of the high quality customer service. Today though left me scratching my head. I stopped by around 6:17pm to play the Powerball. I asked for seven quick picks and was told that she couldn't do that number, so I asked for six quick picks, and she only ran three picks for me. Not sure why, I spoke clear and loud, and I've played six and seven numbers on powerball here before so I was confused as to why this employee could not ring me up for it. Perhaps there was a technical issue that she couldn't tell customers about ?. Hopefully it'll work better next time.”
