The Minute Clinic wasted my time, and my children's time, when the Provider refused to give my child the flu shot because I didn't have my insurance card and wanted to pay out of pocket instead.Their own posted signs say nothing about being forced to use insurance. It says IF you dont use insurance, you have to pay out of pocket.

The.attendant William was wonderful. He asked if I needed a cart, because I bought more than I had anticipated. Love shopping at CVS, especially with coupons ?

Never answers the phone, my insurance had to call them and was on hold for an hour and when the pharmacist finally picked up told them they’re too busy to answer and call back in a few hours. A tech also almost gave me somebody else’s prescription.

They advertise that the pharmacy is open until 8 but if you pull up & walk in at 7:59 they will not give you your prescription. You should probably change your pharmacy hours. & let the local pediatrician office aware of that as well. Have a sick kid & no meds. Thanks CVS for always having the worst customer service.

They sell expired products. My husband purchased a six-pack of Coca-Cola and noticed it was about a month past the expiration date. We go back to return it and check the other packs on the shelf to see they're also expired. Almost the whole shelf of Coca-Cola products were expired.

I switched to this CVS because of safety concerns with my old CVS. But, now I have buyer's remorse since experiencing their behaviors first hand. I have been in this store night and day, weekend and week day. So, I believe that I am qualified to make this assessment of their performance.First off, the front cash registers are rarely manned and you are left to use the self checkout, which doesn't always fit what you need to do.The back Rx area is even worse, they act like they are doing you a favor by just existing. I'm the type of person who doesn't talk a lot at the cash register, I would rather get in and get out ASAP. These folks act like you're really troubling them simply by coming into the store and interrupting their day. To make matters worse, they never have some of my meds in stock and cannot give me an ETA on when it will be received. Instead they tell me where it is and when I call the CVS that has this med, I'm told this store has it "tied up" and it has to be released-really? When they told me that I need to go to the other store, why don't they release the Rx then, rather than me having to call back and wait for them to answer the phone, just to tell them to release my Rx. Very nerve racking, my expectations are that they just do their jobs not go above and beyond what's expected. I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend doing business with these guys.

Jennifer the Pharmacist is rude, unprofessional and juvenile. After she spoke to me in a disrespectful fashion and I informed her that I would be filing a corporate complaint about her behavior she smiled and then mumbled something to her coworker as I was walking away. I asked her what she said and she stated in regards to my complaint, “NOTHING is going to be done about it”. I called the store to speak with the manager and he informed me that he could not do anything about it because it was the Pharmacy (what?). Go to any other Pharmacy in Chester because apparently they can be as rude as they want with zero consequences or action unless it’s at the corporate level so I will be filing a compliant with them and the VA Pharmacy Board

I never leave reviews, but the totality of my experiences at this CVS is pretty terrible. Call in for my prescription at 12PM, come at 5:30PM, and get told to wait 30 minutes. Pretty standard experience for me. Not sure if it’s a result of understaffing (macro issue), something internal, or a combination of the two. Either way, not worth your gasoline.

Got at the cvs at 10 pm workers run to lock the door when Google and door signs says that they close at 11 pm I understand that workers wanna be lazy but at last they should close when the store says to close not when they feel like it

Do NOT get your passport photos taken here. I had mine done and they gave me a little card that shows all of the photo parameter requirements were met with a green check. See the photo for the letter received today notifying me my photos were rejected. *I did get a refund, however I am still ticked my passport is delayed for who knows how long.

Online says open until 11pm and employees closed the doors at 10pm. Tried to explain but employee avoided me and proceeded to close and walk away

I have tried to hang in there with this CVS as I live about 5 minutes from it which would make it very convenient if I didn't have to make 2 or 3 trips to pick up a prescription. Every single time. I have filled out surveys, emailed etc. in hopes that things would improve. It has gone from bad to worse. And they just don't care. The front end of the store is fine. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and fairly well stocked in view of the current situation. The pharmacy is a debacle. I have moved my prescriptions to a small locally owned pharmacy where people actually care. Wish there was a rating less than 1 star.

If I could give this ENTIRE CVS CHAIN a zero...I would. I get having to wait because of "short staffed"..but 24 HOURS TO WAIT FOR A MEDICINE when you have covid pneumonia is a JOKE!!! Short staffed...short on medicines...I've had to have medicine sent to this store and 2 other stores in order to even get what I need...and the last place, I sat on hold for 23 minutes waiting to see if one prescription was ready and no one ever answered...and the first time I called...they hung up as soon as the phone rang.. it's pathetic
