Absolutely bottom of the barrel customer service in the pharmacy. I called to give them my insurance information because I’ve never gotten anything filled for myself there. And mid sentence the very rude person in the pharmacy said “no, you need to bring the card in the store and I’ll put it in because I’m not putting it in I’ve the phone” I have never had any issues with any other pharmacy taking my insurance over the phone?? I explained that I have babies and can’t wait for them to enter it in and she said “well call another pharmacy and get your prescriptions filled there” then hung up on me.

Horrible pharmacy do not go here….. horrible customer service, staff does not want to be there and it shows, they close early for staffing randomly but I have gone here for awhile so just brush it off it on burn out and post Covid world and continue to go here until now …. Today they were closed Christmas Eve - 100% get that- but need to get abx for an ear infection- call the doctor and get it moved to another pharmacy because evidently cvs can not just transfer in their system - so we call the doctor and get it moved …. Go to the second pharmacy and they try to fill and they can’t because this pharmacy has submitted to insurance already as someone is “working remote” ….so we end up paying out of pocket to get the abx for my kid…. We will never return to cvs.

Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Their own system went down and they asked to send prescription again. While at the store with 2 sick children, I was told to call the doctor to request the prescription again, which I did. Doctor sent it right away and within couple of minutes I received a text stating the prescription was too soo to be filled because one was already filled today....because their system showed the original one being filled when it wasn't. Woman behind the counter ignored us, ignored the requests and was incredibly rude ans didn't want to consider any error on their part or within their system. Yet she fully acknowledged their system has been down....Common courtesy goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with sick children. Unforgivable behavior!

The absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. Would you like to call and talk to someone, consistent 45+ minute hold time. Want to go pick up a prescription, you're going to wait on line forever while 5 people in the pharmacy pretend you don't exist. Whatever you do, make sure you don't send your prescriptions to this location, I cannot stress this enough.

The pharmacy is understaffed but won't hire anyone. They make u wait 2 days to fill your prescription if you don't go up there and just sit and wait for it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. If I could rate it ½ or 0 stars, I would. They literally change their hours so they're not open on weekends anymore, which is the main time people go get their medication. I even tried switching to the CVS next door in the Target via my CVS app because it's a Saturday and I need my medication but they told me it was being processed next door and they can't get it from them.

If I could rate it a zero, I would. Trying to figure out the status of my child's medication and was on hold for 30 minutes and counting. I would highly recommend using Walgreens if your insurance covers Walgreens pharmacies. They answered their phone in mere minutes.

This will be my last interaction with CVS. Colonial heights Cvs said they didn’t have my prescription so I needed to call and find a CVS with the prescription. 30 minutes of hold later this location said they had the prescription but I needed to call colonial heights to have it transferred, which resulted in 20 more minutes on hold. Two hours later I take my two children inside because they have closed their drive through to be told it was never transferred and it will be another hour. Joke of a company.

I have been coming to this cvs for for years and service has gone downhill in the last year. The attitude and willingness to do their jobs seem non existence and the customer is annoyance . If I did not travel I would go so.e where else, do the fact the other cvs locations in other states were friendly and professional.

Worst pharmacy location I have ever dealt with. Male voice answered on two occasions and then automatically hung up. Called on another occasion no one even picked up to ask me to hold. Planning switching to a different pharmacy all together. I question the ability of the staff to correctly and efficiently handle performing their duties. No stars

They do not answer their phone. They do not fill prescriptions (shortages??) or offer options on unavailable items. They are CLOSED on both Saturday and Sunday. Why is this store even here?

The worst CVS I have ever dealt with. The workers have attitudes and the wait times are ridiculous. I tried to call them to see how long it would take to get my order ready we need about 25 minutes before someone hung up the phone. Decided to call back just to see if I can get it canceled so I can fill my prescription somewhere else where did another 45 minutes and no one answered the phone. If you need medicine in a hurry, don’t go here.

I don't know how many,negative reviews have to be added before upper management at this company does something but it's wild how horrible this place is when other CVS's in the same area don't have the same understaffing and unprofessionalism happening. I come here b/c I'm very busy and it's the closest to where I live but it is not worth it anymore.

Absolute worst CVS of all time. Customer service is so poor. Attitudes all the time with certain staff members. I live 3 minutes away but I am changing to a farther location because my patience has worn way too thin.

Awful service. I tried calling to transfer a prescription for days with no answer. Finally today I waited for no one to answer on the phone for 30 minutes, then went there and waited another 30 minutes in line just to be told to get in another line. Finally they say they’ll transfer it but it’ll take at least an hour to fill. Not having anymore time to wait, I asked for an emergency dose as I am now out and they refused. Will never go back.
