I switched to this CVS because of safety concerns with my old CVS. But, now I have buyer's remorse since experiencing their behaviors first hand. I have been in this store night and day, weekend and week day. So, I believe that I am qualified to make this assessment of their performance.First off, the front cash registers are rarely manned and you are left to use the self checkout, which doesn't always fit what you need to do.The back Rx area is even worse, they act like they are doing you a favor by just existing. I'm the type of person who doesn't talk a lot at the cash register, I would rather get in and get out ASAP. These folks act like you're really troubling them simply by coming into the store and interrupting their day. To make matters worse, they never have some of my meds in stock and cannot give me an ETA on when it will be received. Instead they tell me where it is and when I call the CVS that has this med, I'm told this store has it "tied up" and it has to be released-really? When they told me that I need to go to the other store, why don't they release the Rx then, rather than me having to call back and wait for them to answer the phone, just to tell them to release my Rx. Very nerve racking, my expectations are that they just do their jobs not go above and beyond what's expected. I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend doing business with these guys.

This location needs to have someone working up front that appears to be mildly interested in checking you out. William is not that person. Last week I thought it was just a random lack of interest. Just now, it was a random lack of interest, and "I just don't care"! No one in line but me, waiting for service. William, at refrigerator cases twenty steps away, sees me but makes no effort to head my way. Me, waiting for William to decide to grace me with his presence. William, sauntering over as if he has nothing to do. Me, unimpressed with William's work ethic and customer service skills yet again.Doesn't deserve any stars, but wait William is probably used to getting stars for just showing up.

I made an appointment at the minute clinic for 9am to get my flu shot. I drove 30 minutes to get there and when I went to check in, the clinic was closed. I put in my confirmation code and it told me it was expired (I was there 10 minutes before my appointment). I went to the cashier to make sure I was in the correct location and she confirmed that I was and told me to go to the pharmacy to check in. I showed the pharmacy tech my confirmation code and the date on the confirmation code. She tells me they have no control over the Minute Clinic and refused to give me my flu shot. Horrifying customer service.

I walked in for a flu vaccine and TB test and there were no time slots left for me. The ladies in the Minute Clinic fit me in even though their lunch break was coming up. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me!

I have tried to hang in there with this CVS as I live about 5 minutes from it which would make it very convenient if I didn't have to make 2 or 3 trips to pick up a prescription. Every single time. I have filled out surveys, emailed etc. in hopes that things would improve. It has gone from bad to worse. And they just don't care. The front end of the store is fine. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and fairly well stocked in view of the current situation. The pharmacy is a debacle. I have moved my prescriptions to a small locally owned pharmacy where people actually care. Wish there was a rating less than 1 star.

10/28/21: I stopped by to get a few things before heading home. No one greeted me as I walked in. That's fine and dandy. I walked around and picked up a few items. The store was tidy and clean. Everything was easy to find. The store was very bright and I enjoyed my shopping experience. They have a CVS Minute Clinic here, but it was closed when I got there. Outside, they had an area set up for people who were coming for Covid tests. It was really well organized. William checked me out. He wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely go back.

The absolute worst. Tried to schedule a flu shot online but they just kept asking me for my personal info, over and over. Went into the pharmacy, they are supposed to give flu shots without an appointment. Long line. I gave up.

I've been contemplating writing this review down for a couple of years now. The pharmacy never answers their phone, they never have my prescriptions ready on time, and on top of that they have the worst attitudes. It's ridiculous.

1st time I went to get a prescription, I had asked if they could transfer it from a Walgreens to here and I would wait for it. He said it would take about 15-25 minutes, I said that was fine. Walked around the store for 20 minutes then went to check up on it. The pharmacist who took the order has went home for the day without processing the prescription or even telling anyone about it. I had wasted 20 minutes for no reason. Then the 2ND time I went to pick up a prescription I had called them 6 hours in advance to have them port a script over from a rite aid. She got my name and DOB and claimed she wrote down the information and that it would be ready at 2:30. I said no problem, I won’t be in till after 5:45. I get there and they have NO record of receiving any phone call from me. I even confirmed that it was the same location that I called. They said it’s going to be an hour and a half if I want it. Of course there’s no way I could wait that long. Every time I go into that pharmacy they forget something. It seems like everyone is new and they have no idea what they’re doing. I have NO idea how that’s an acceptable business practice when you’re working with medicine that people NEED to live and function. Highly unprofessional.
