They don't clean the rooms during your stay, or even take out trash. Our first room smelled so bad, we had to change rooms. The second room didn't smell great either. Just overall dirty. The breakfast was mediocre.
Food and drinks: The Mexican restaurant nearby is not good. DO NOT GET THE CHILAQUILES.

This hotel is ok, however you can see there a lack of maintenance in the place, one elevator was not working, the shower valve I'm my room looked like is was about to fall out of the wall, and there was a very fine line between cold water and scolding hot.
But that's how property's owned and managed be certain people tend to be in that industry.

This hotel wasn't nice at all. The room and beds were comfy and clean. The tv however was glitchy all day and night on EVERY channel. The remote for the tv was disgustingly dirty! Looks almost moldy, but I dont know. I didn't touch it after I found a random channel. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was worn and needed to be replaced. The fridge and microwave were both clean and worked. The pool is outside and not very big. The gates were unlocked so just anybody could walk in. It is old and needs a remodel, atleast for the bottom. The side doors that have the keycard scanner didnt work, so on both sides of the building the doors are just unlocked. Again, anyone could just walk in. The one elevator working was slow and sketchy. The other on the other end was broken. Not somewhere I would return or recommend.
Noteworthy details: Dirty, tv is glitchy, bathrooms are so tiny.

Our room was great. Bathroom is a little tight but that was okay. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Friendly service. The only thing I saw in the hotel that might have bothered me was that the elevator was out of order but we were in room 101 so it didn’t really affect us.
Food and drinks: Went to the I don’t know sports bar. Great live entertainment and food. Friendly service. We will be back.

This is the worst hotel in Richmond on the third floor there is two bullet holes blood on curtains the shower is incredible slick the whole hotel reeks of cigarettes there was 1 extra pillow no sheets in the bed

The staff is very rude better yet the manager is very disrespectful the hotel smells was only there for 3 hours at the most and had to leave due to comments that were being made because of my skin tone I had a really bad experience will never stay there again.

I have a big family and I got a room for the night. My check in was at 3 we were there about 2:40 to check in. First of all, the room was not clean and had an oder. I took my family to the pool and the there was also another family there but being a black family we were approached and told we needed wrists bands at first. Once we questioned why we needed them and not the other family who was white btw they told us that it was too many of us & had to leave. Once we questioned that, the police was called. We wasn’t even in the room an hour. The front desk guy was very rude, made it clear that us black people couldnt be in the pool & he deactivated our keys before we could get our stuff out. We had to ask the police to make him get our stuff out the room. I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced something like this in my life. I also didn’t receive a refund. Never never again.

Please change your cleaning solution it's very strong and I was coughing all night, caused very raw throat. Other than that everything was fine.

Things were broken, the carpet had stains on it. Definitely not what I expected, considering the area it was in.
