Very uplifting environment and atmosphere! Every workout i have done here has been exciting and a challenge. Coaches Joy, Ryan, and Alisha are very knowledgeable and motivational. Great place to go whether you are a beginner or advanced. Must try!

Whenever I get orders for Ft. Lee this gym is my home. I've seen two different owners and it didn't change the experience because the community is rock solid. Clean, organized, and friendly, highly recommend this box!
