I called Monday to ask if my book (access card) was ready got told yes so I drove 45 minutes there and it's not even in the store. Got the email confirmation the following day around 5-6pm. Drove there the following morning (today) to pick it up and the one guy is looking asking to look at my email going to look again brings out another man who looked for less than a minute and comes to me saying "oh we lost it". Excuse me?! Goes on to say that they will get me a new access card and I said how? The book is on backorder. He leaves to his office for 5-10 minutes comes back out and says "oh!" Like he's surprised I'm still standing there. Uh no I just drove 45 minutes back out here for me to be told you lost it.Still don't have my access card and assignments due tonight. I'll note I bought this book a week ago today.

Poor communication and lack of professionalism from faculty. They are not welcoming, no enthusiasm nor encouraging either. The atmosphere when I came to enroll made me not even want to attend the school. If it weren't for my limited choices of schools I wouldn't even consider this school

I didn't buy anything, but I totally admired the options available now to students. The building renovations have opened up the space and given it a deeper community feeling.

Great expirience, All staff i came across were helpful. Especially one security guard at the corner towards the Library was Super nice; he helped me to navigate through the campus.
