I went into Cato
at the recommendation of a woman whom I had seen wearing one of their outfits. I have not worn dress clothes for a very, very long time. So shopping for new clothes I was very nervous in doing this because I didn't think that I was going to find anything that was my type of clothing or shall I say style which I didn't even know my own style really. But let me tell you, I ran into the manager of the store in Chester, her name is Demeka. Not only does this woman have a wonderful personality. She brought me all of these pieces of clothing, and she waited on me hand and foot. I told her that I had been wearing jeans and t-shirts for a very long time and I just didn't know what to pick out. I kept trying on everything she was bringing me, and I absolutely loved it and even down to the shoes. I am so grateful for this woman of God. God definitely placed her in the correct place at the correct time just for me and more than likely for all the other customers that she has attended to. Thank you so much for making my visit the first one ever a very successful one you went above and beyond in the customer service department. I hope and pray you get promoted, young lady. To the district manager, although it would take you away from me and all the customers there at the store. You truly are a remarkable exceptional manager. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for helping me choose all these beautiful pieces of clothing and shoes that came from this store that you manage. I most definitely recommend this store to all the ladies. Whether you are traveling through or you live locally, you need to stop in this store. Especially if you don't know what to pick for your own self, these women are dedicated to helping you find what's fit for you.I could go on and on. And as for me I will be returning when I need to buy some new clothes. Thank you once again. Thank you to all the other ladies who were in the store. All I saw was exceptional service. I

This store is okay...I had the feeling I was being watched and followed....did they think I was going to steal?!!? The salesperson was nice but kept trying to pick out outfits for me even though I clearly wanted to browse alone...again, I think they were putting me into a stealing stereotype.

Cato usually gets 5 stars...unfortunately, as amazing as the store managers Danika & Megan were, there was NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. I usually spend HOURS & 100s shopping in Cato Fashions every spring and fall. This time, since I had to go potty, I had to exit my favorite store early. At least I snagged one pair of fiesty sandals before getting some Florida sun today❤
