I've financed 4 automobiles with this Call Federal Credit Union for at least 5 years or so earning less.I am now self-employed with a greater income.They had their “trainee” (I was on speaker with her manager who was attempting to whisper instructions) call me with their decision and joy in her voice.I could hear her smile on her face as she happily informed me of their decision.( Another reason that I don't have my business account housed here)I thanked her, hung up and kept it moving.Toyota approved me with a lesser interest rate and no proof of income.Credit unions can be good but not necessarily the best.

Living in Chester we use the Chester Branch most often but one in awhile we visit the main branch also. You always can count on Good Service at either location with a Friendly smile and knowing that you are part of the Call Federal Credit Union family!

I recently had to visit the location to take care of a situation. The team member was extremely knowledgeable and went to coworker to assure she was covering all areas for me. She went above and beyond by doing an extra step that I would have had to get done. Realizing how difficult it was for me to revisit the loss of my Mom in handling this, she was so empathetic and showed genuine respect for my emotions. True testament of the customer service I have always received at this location.

Convenient and fast. I couldn't ask for much more in quick stop banking and it's a short walk to the Kroger in the same parking lot!

Love this credit union overall, but all branches are not consistent. This location has people who are efficient, but never above and beyond, or relational. VERY transactional. Order takers, not consultative. Robotic almost. They never use your name or thank you for your business. I went in to have a form filled in that simply required a 3rd party to verify that they had viewed ID documentation, since alot of places are still shut down with covid. The instructions said a banking professional could serve as an authorized representative. They were very lackluster and looked as if I bothering them. Ultimately the Teller went back to ask the Manager of the branch (sitting in the first office, with the worst body language) declined to help me. If you provide notary services, this is within the same context, being a witness...I worked in banking for years, and I would have atleast come out of my office, and/or looked up the clients relationship to see their longevity and/or relationship... I don't mind a choice not to fulfill the request, as much as the body language and lack of warmth in the customer service really annoyed me. I will take the extended drive over to the Hull Street location prior to visiting this location again. I also went right across the parking lot to Atlantic Union Bank where I received stellar SERVICE and they were able to help me with my form need.
