The most terrible thing that I could have experienced was with my daughter and my nephew, coming to Burlington to buy, the saleswoman Joannis helped us, the treatment was horrible, we were left looking bad. A Hispanic woman looking down on us for being Hispanic, being racist and despising us, I went to complain and she continued with her attitude, looking at us as if we were going to steal something. From head to toe, laughing as I complained.

On Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 9:39am - I am typing this review as I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for the store to open. I have literally watched 21 people come, and LEAVE because the store was NOT open at 9:00am as the hours online or in the sign stated. This is a horrible business practice as I have also planned out my entire day. To not be in a position to open as planned should not be an issue a store this size should have. It puts their customers in a bad place when many have come quite a distance to go to a specific store. At 9:05 an employee came to the door but did not open the door and did not provide the ones standing out there any acknowledgment or explanation.

My wife went to the restroom and there was a guy in there. He was wearing a suit as if he worked there. She was going to ask questions but then he called another guy over from the men's bathroom. They talked around her like she wasn't even there. She was so uncomfortable that she just left without using the bathroom. They're creeps.

Very messy store, picked over, and most of the clothes were not in the correct size area on the racks. The entire store looked to be in disarray. The shelves were not in any kind of order at all just jumbled with stuff. Shopping here was very frustrating!

When I'm looking for winter gloves, winter coats, workout apparel or business casual clothing, this is one of my go to stores. Regardless of the time of year, they have a decent selection. Right now, January 2024, there are slim pickings for men's and women's winter gloves and even less options for beanies. I was able to find a few items and even though there was only one cashier, the checkout process went quickly. I'll continue to shop them for most of my winter needs.
