Had no issues with this location or staff. I have issue with the lack of coverage boost provides locally. Just around the Chester area my phone doesn't work most of the time bc it says no service. I switched carriers from att bc I liked the phone they offered for prepaid more.

In the past year I've been in this store twice, once to see about changing from T-mobile (I didn't) and yesterday to help a friend who was thinking of going to Boost. First off you should know that with any of these mobile companies, the prices and information you will get online, in store, or over the phone, all vary. In the store they seem to be the most expensive. The real problem with yesterday's visit was the rude attitude of the one man working, the same man I encountered my first time in. We were the ONLY customers in the store and he didn't even acknowledge us. When we did get his help, his entire attitude was that he could not care less in helping us. When I asked why the prices were so much more expensive in the store, with a greater choice of plans he snapped, "well activate it yourself !". He did not seem to appreciate that I had done so much research online beforehand. If you're going with Boost, call them, which also isn't easy to get through, or go online. I have no idea if my friend will go with Boost, but I would avoid this store. I did get through to Boost over the phone and both over the phone and online there are many more specials and plans available.

Be careful when shopping at Chester Va store. They will completely rip you off. Fast talkers, overcharging.

Hated .you experience the worker was obviously new and did not know the rules of the promotions. Messed up my whole idea of trying to switch to boost. And I lost my phone number I had for years bcs of her incapabability to know her job.

Watch out for this place! The man on the phone seems to use the sweet, pretty young girl in a swindling operation! It is strange how the prices always go up when someone is on the phone telling her what to do! Beware!
