“I would like to take the time to leave a review for the maintenance man TY and the great service received. TY came and fixed/resolved/addressed some repairs at my apartment. He came for one thing, but went above and beyond to address and fix other issues I had as well with no pushback or complaint! He was kind, quick, and thorough. Whenever I submit a request and he is assigned, I can always count on him to always go above and beyond with everything and do it with a smile.. An absolute positive experience from the moment I submitted my maintenance request until the time it was finished. Nothing but professionalism and kindness, and a genuine sense of care. “Not a bad place at all. Ol' Town Petersburg is pleasant with plenty of restaurants and not too far from Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Chesterfield County and the state's capital, Richmond, is not even 30 minutes away via I-95. Great place for students and our men and women in the service. Prices can be better but a good place to lay your head”
“The place can be nice, .but some of the tenants treat their apartment like it's a club very loud music loud talking sometimes
2:00am in the morning sometimes it's like you at a club no regard for thier neighbors at all, hopefully the office probably needs to address it to tenants when they move in and to the ones already here that these are homes not club respect your neighbors stop keeping your neighbors up over your partying”
