I cannot express how much I was taken care of at Zales buying an engagement ring and wedding bands. The time they took with me and my fiance. They listened to us, offered great suggestions and delivered. If you could have seen my fiance's face when she saw her customized engagement ring. It was priceless and a moment I will never forget. Ms Renie has gone above and beyond to get me my pearl necklace! She managed to get three from other locations to ship to the greenbrier location so I can pick whichever. I really recommend her to be your sales assistant if you are shopping in this location!

Better hope there arnt more than three people in there if you want any service at all. Ended up waiting like an hour and a half before giving up as the staff walked back on forth more focused on showing the first few customers than helping someone make an actual purchase.
