April and Kelvin were extremely professional and maintained consistent communication throughout the entire process. Our house was sold about a month from the listing which was superb timing! I recently had the pleasure of working with Kelvin, April, and their amazing team to sell my home. It was a great experience and exceeded every expectation that I had. Not only did they sell it really fast, but they also managed to meet all of my specific requirements. Incredibly, they were able to accomplish this while I was out of state. The communication had been great. Through the whole process, I never felt one time that I didn’t know what was going on or how my sale was progressing. Kelvin, April, and their team updated me every step of the way by answering my questions and keeping me informed promptly.

"SET APART, UNMATCHED, & THE BEST IN THE 757!" My husband and I transitioned from NC back home to here in Virginia. This TEAM made what could have been an extremely hectic experience, an experience of peace and ease. Kelvin Reed and his expertise in the real estate world was known to me as he serviced my sister close to 2 decades ago. Not only did he meet my expectations, but he, his wife and their entire team/staff exceeded my expectations. From the moment that my husband and I inquired about buying a new home, through closing and thereafter Reeds Real Estate has been professional, accommodating, and consistent. During our initial meeting we were told what we could expect from Reeds Real Estate. I have worked with a Realtor (NC) previously, but never have I ever received an entire team to serviced my home buying process. Through the entire process there was continued communication and the peace of knowing that this team was truly working on my behalf.
My husband and I was in the process of selling a home in NC prior to closing on our new home. There were some delays with the process in NC. As soon as April Reed learned of the delays, she stepped in and assisted with her knowledge, persistence and level of expertise. She assured me that she was here to assist in every way possible and she delivered!
We completed an assessment of what we desired in a home and the area. Ashton took us out several times and remained relentless until we located what we wanted. As I complete this review, I now sit in what was a thought and the desires of our hearts. Thank you Reeds Real Estate for being YOU!

A top notch real estate firm! Is the best way I can describe this company. I made the selection after being referred by my long time realtor in Maryland. I was selling a formerly family occupied home, which had been converted to a rental property over the past 10 years. I live in Maryland and had tried unsuccessfully to sell the home previously and had a very bad experience with a former realtor. I met with Kelvin and April Reed in January 2024 for the first time and they walked in and out of the home and took pictures. Shortly thereafter they obtained several inspections to assess the condition of the home. After the inspections, I was provided a plan on selling the home in its current condition or with the recommended renovations and improvements. I was also provided with what I could expect at closing if either option was selected. I accepted the plan, which included the renovations and improvements and Kelvin agreed to supervise the work for a reasonable fee. I thought it would be necessary for me to travel to VA multiple times; however, I was provided detailed video updates, emails and text messages weekly or multiple times each week, so much so, there was no need for me to travel back and forth and check on the progress or get involved in the renovations. The renovations and improvements were immaculate and were so impressive that the home was listed for $8,000 more than what was thought to be the value of the home after the renovations. The house sold the first day on the market and the buyer offered $3,000 more than the sale price, with no home inspection required or closing costs for the buyer. I also did not have to come to the closing! I highly recommend that if you are selling your primary home or a rental property, that you select Your Homes Sold Guaranteed Realty-Reeds Real Estate. I have purchased and sold many homes (about 10 times) and I would rate them as one of my best experiences. You will not regret your decision!

10 out of 10 highly recommend! I was so nervous to put my house on the market and move 2 states away at the same time. From the beginning April and Kelvin put everything in front of me and made me feel comfortable with the process. The staff were extremely helpful especially Lauren! Things popped up while I was out of state and they handled it. I didn’t want my house on the market more than 2 months and my house sold in 28 days!!!! The relief! I had unforeseen issues after closing and April ensured I was well taken care of even after hours! I’m so glad I chose Your House Sold Guaranteed Realty - Reeds Real Estate! Once again, 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Kelvin and April Reed and the entire team are absolutely AMAZING! The Reed's were the best realtors we've ever had! When it became apparent that our house had to be sold, I did not know where to start. I reached out to a company based on a referral in July 2023 and unfortunately there was barely any foot traffic and no offers. There were at least four or more homes for sale in my neighborhood. I was told that it wasn’t a seller’s market and the rates were too high and that was the reason why our house was not selling. I noticed only one house sold on my street but after that, no one was coming to view not only my house but my neighbors had the same issues. I realized it was now November and still no changes even after dropping the price.I heard about the success rate of Reeds Real Estate for years and decided to reach out in November and I am so glad I did. The Reeds were selling homes in a market that I was told no one was buying by the previous agent I chose. I wish I would have chosen April and Kelvin Reed sooner but it’s ok because they did what they said they would do by getting a buyer for our house.Reeds Real Estate had our house under contract in less than 30 days. Mr. Reed showed me why the house was not selling and shared his expertise on how his team and he would get it under contract and like I stated they did. The other homes in my neighborhood still have not sold. Kelvin, April, and the Reed real estate team, (Sharonda and Lauren) were amazing. They made what would have been an extremely difficult ordeal of selling my mom's home painless.
