Ms. Rae Ann and Ms. Kennedy has been great working with me. They both provided exceptional customer service. It’s sad that Ms. Rae Ann will be leaving. She will be missed. I wish the best for her and the other employees there.

They do not open at 9 AM can you guys please fix it it’s troublesome for people Who have to be to work at a certain time. They close super early.

I have had wood forest for years. I come get my rent put it on a money order and pay it. Simple right ? Well not at this location. I just wanted an envelope without thank you written in red marker that looks like a child. Asked for an envelope without thank you written on it. They dont have envelopes that aren't written on ? It comes from the company like this ? No it doesnt. Asked to speak to a manager because the lady was rude. Nope no manager on duty. Hey, how about I close this account and just go for a better bank. Lost a customer because of your rudeness and inability to give me an envelope I can just hand to my landlord. 4 people working but only one doing anything .

Waiting in line for almost 40 minutes, one teller and she doesnt seem to know what she is doing. Has to get help with every transaction. Taking things from random people with no gloves on. Then we finally get up to get our transaction done another 30 min and she doesnt still know what she is doing

Sometimes I have to wait in line but i also have to do the same at any other banks. I have been with the Frederick Blvd branch for about 4 years and I like the bank hours. I never had a problem and I get more personalized care with WoodForest than anywhere. Tammy Joyner and her manager are very intelligent and great bankers. I recommend Frederick Blvd to all peeps

Had fraudulent activity in my account the bank called me and told me that someone was using my card out of state and they did not handle it or give me protection or my money. Worst bank ever. I wouldnt trust this bank with anything not even $20.00

Usually I'm always in and out but everytime I came to this one I always have to wait awhile. The other one I go to if the manager sees a line of customers waiting they get off the computer to help the desk, this lady sat at the computer the whole time and didn't help the ones at the desk at all

I would give this place a zero if i can. My husband and I are customer at their college dr branch, and it is literally the worst bank i have ever been to, no wonder it's in freaking walmarts. People that work here don't even know what they are doing, let alone being banking professionals. My husband has an account there, i can't even begin to tell you what king of BS they have been feeding us just because they are lazy and they don't want to do anything. One time we tried to take out a large sum of money for emergency, and they told us straight up we can't take out more than 5 grand per day. LIKE WHAT? I can't take out my own money when i needed to???? Then we tried to close the account, and they won't let us! We had to go to their regional headquarter in Greenbrier, and still we can't close the account. This is starting to feel like a real fraud. I am an attorney, even though i'm not specialized in banking law, i'm sure they are doing something illegal here and i'm gonna find out.
