Don't use WM services. Ordered a dumpster for cleaning out a house. 3 Days later, no dumpster. Never received calls to let me know there was a delay. Had to contact them and they assured me the delivery woukd be there today. Took my payment right away and no services rendered. Waste your time! I can rent a smaller one for half the price but wanted it done in one shot. Will never use again.

6/4/2018: Bagster collected day after is was ready.2/27/2023: Bagster collected day it was ready.10/9/2023: Bagster collected day it was ready.10/16/2023: On Oct 10th, I scheduled a pickup of a bagster at my home. I indicated that the bag would be ready for pickup on Oct 16th. On the 16th, I checked my account and noticed that no pickup was scheduled. I called the helpline and was informed that it could take up to 5 business days. When I checked my account the next day; again, no pickup was scheduled. I then shot the helpline an email because my driveway was blocked by the bagster. The response was that it would be collected NLT Friday (the 20th). Thursday came and still not scheduled. I sent them another email explaining that I needed my driveway cleared by Friday because my wife has to have a surgical procedure on Monday and the private ambulance (which she needs for transport) requires access. Their response was that they will do their best, but they cannot guarantee it (even though Friday was day 5 of the 5 day window). When I checked my account on Friday, a collection was scheduled for Saturday. Now, it is Sunday and the bagster in still on the driveway.Received an email on 10/23 which read that they were unable to make the collection on 10/21 and that they would collect it today.11/01/2023: Bagster was collected Wednesday, was ready on Monday.Service: Construction debris removal
