They spit in my food or something. I ate it and now my stomach feels like it’s about to exploded. If there was a lower star I could give it I would. If you read this trust me, DONT EAT THERE.

I was in a hurry, so I didn't check my order, but the chicken nuggets I got were warm at best, and a few looked like they weren't cooked al the way. The fries and strawberry lemonade were good. Service was a little slow and very unfriendly.

Well, the kiosk works fine but don’t expect you get a receipt until you get your food order and your food order is still wrong. No napkins or straws where the drink stations were. Then coworkers verbally going at it behind the counter. Tables in the seating area aren’t wiped down. I don’t know if the store needs more people or better paid peolple but the atmosphere sucked as a customer. Close it down until you can find more detail oriented folks, and if you do find them, pay them what they are worth then some.

Placed a pick up order for breakfast this morning. Got there at 7:00 and waited an the drivethru speaker for a few minutes before pulling around only to be told they weren't open yet. There posted hours say 6:30.

Best Wendy’s location I’ve tried for chili. Outstanding customer service from Riley in December 2023 and every time before. Riley is so kind, warm and outstanding that someone should promote him to manager! The chili on 12/26/2023 was best if all. I recommend this location.

Place a pick up , Market to pick up in the drive-through. But because of the drive-through line was so long I chose to get out of my car and go inside and asked to pick it up because it was only three Frosty’s. The people inside said that you cannot pick it up inside that I had to wait through the drive-through for three Frosty’s and I asked him are you for real? They’re sitting right there on the counter, you could just hand them to me. You have to go through the drive-through, so I will never dine at Wendy’s again. The staff needs to get some better customer service and be more flexible with their customers who don’t wanna wait on a line through the drive-through. They could just pick up the stuff that’s sitting on the counter.

Me and my bf decided to go for breakfast before work and the staff was rude, got our orders wrong, and gave us attitude when we told them it was wrong. The one guy took his anger out on us after yelling at another customer prior over bacon. We will not be returning to this Wendy’s.

Two young men one with short locs allowed me to sit at the speaker and not respond to me because they didn’t feel like taking anymore orders. I know it was late, however I ran to the drive tru because my blood sugar was dropping and drinking the orange juice at my house wasn’t helping. All I wanted was a large fry. They thought it was funny, when I was worried that my sugar would drop below 50. Their disregard to do their jobs could have had a huge impact on me. Not cool. You get paid to keep the establishment open durning posted hours.

I along with a few others waited in line for 15 minutes or longer just to be told they are closed. It felt very intentional because there were only 3 cars in front of me and they took forever to take orders. The car in front of me tried to place an order 1 minute before closing and was turned away.I asked if they were going to honor those of us who waited forever since it JUST closed that minute... he said he would take my order and then i heard others in the back yelling no. He then said "nevermind have a good night" They really need to work out a better system because this was a blatant disrespect of people's time.

on drivethru, always check your items, most of the time they forgot the sauce on the nuggets.
