Hate coming in here. Always a line. Always slow. When waiting I wait for about 30mins to 1 hour for no reason other then slow.Everytime I come here I have to expect to be here for at least and hour. It’s horrible. I don’t know why I still have an account here. Will be closing all business and personal accounts and switching to a credit union.Slow for no reason

This is a PSA and not for the customer service but I get off work at 230am. Can we (drivers) get a hood on the bright white lights that are in the parking lot to keep them from blasting the drivers on road? Coming over the bridge sucks at night.

The SLOWEST bankers ever. I hate going to the bank and this is why. Why do you all take 10 mins to process simple transactions? Then there are certain things we have to come to the bank for. They have 3 bankers in the banker area and only one can actually help. Sigh.

Gender bias.I opened an account at Suntrust on Battlefield some 20+ years ago. The bank and branch became Wachovia and then Wells Fargo. There is $80,000 in the account, all of which I deposited before marriage. Years later, I got married and went to Wells Fargo on Battlefield Blvd. to add my husband's name to the account. On my subsequent bank statements, they felt the need to list his name first. Annoying, but I did nothing about it.But now -- I recently submitted a change of address. They refused it because it wasn't signed, which is OK, but they wrote to my husband to say so! I can think of no explanation for this other than the fact that he is a man, and I am a woman. (Yes, my name comes first alphabetically.)

Terrible experience. 4 tellers working and 1 greeter I guess she was the manager. 1 of the tellers working the drive thru and only 1 working the inside the other 2 tellers were in the back with a line of customers. I asked the manager did they only have only 1 teller working she replys I think so. Basically a bunch of of people sitting around doing nothing..If it doesn't involve stopping to the ATM I will never visit location ever again!! Plain Ridiculous and Horrible!!

Didn't like the costumer service towards me. Pluse had one female teller taking her time I felt like she didn't want to wait on me. I hope it's not because of my color but that's how I felt

I used to work for the Papa Johns on Battelfield and Travis made my morning run to the bank 10x easier every time. So idk about the rest of them but he's great. 👌

This is by far the worst wells Fargo ive ever went to. Customer service is trash and their systems are always acting slow. I just waited 20mins to cash a check and they made me stand to the side for another 20 mins just to tell me I can get back in line. This isn't the first time. Horrible customer service.

The staff at Wells Fargo Great Bridge branch are outstanding! They're always so friendly and engaging immediately upon walking through the door. They make a point to know and address you by name. I've considered moving my account to another financial institution solely based on the large volume of customers serviced at this branch but it's to hard for me to leave such a professional and friendly staff of people. Keep up the good work! Ed Senter
