I always visit this Wawa I’ve never had any issues but i was drinking my smoothie I just ordered and found a piece of plastic or something in my drink I have no clue what it is but it’s a little alarming.

Came in yesterday morning with cash only, so I was not able to use self check out. There was nobody at either register but being that I was using cash I didn’t have much of an option but to wait for the register to re-open. One of the employees came over and rolled his eyes and said “you’re standing at a closed register” I tried to explain why I could not use self checkout but he just interrupted me multiple times. If you only have self checkout open.. you can’t get mad at someone for needed to actually be checked out lol. If you’re not good at talking to customers, find another job because that’s not a way to treat your customers .

Stopped by the other night, it had been a while. I got some chips and a sub. I wanted a meatball but they did not have one. So I got a Philly. Solid as always. Good selection of beer also.

Horrible customer service and they always mess up your order. I don’t think I’ve ever had a correct order from here. Grifters in the parking lot trying to solicit money. Stay away.

This Wa Wa is right next to where I work so it is very convenient. The problem is they are routinely out of the things I typically order and quite frankly should never be out of. For instance your touch screen to order from, most notably breakfast, has a lot of items that include eggs. I have been there at least 15 times over the last 3 months ranging in time from 7 am to 9 am trying to get a simple egg bowl. Do you know how many times your store was out of eggs? ALL OF THEM! Do you know how many times this was appropriately updated in your self ordering systems prior to me ordering? NONE OF THEM! So I successfully ordered and paid each time only to have someone call me to the counter 5 minutes later to alert me they are out of something that realistically should never be out of. Now the problem doesn't stop there. Now I have to get a refund! Another 5 minutes!!! I also notice that your beverage refrigerators are always very bare with little to no selection easily accessible which defeats the purpose of being a CONVENIENCE store. There are usually plenty in the back that I can see. So what I have to do is ask someone to go get the one that I want. I got an idea, keep the refrigerators stocked correctly. I mean what are your employees doing if not making sure your complete selection of products is merchandised effectively. So the last bit of this is the customer service. When all of the above happens the response from your employees to me is that I'm the problem. Like im made to feel like what I want is an annoyance and interrupting their agenda to work as little as possible. You have a real problem at this store and I believe it starts with management. No one is holding anyone accountable. Well that's my review. The question is what are you gonna do about it? FYI this is the first time I've ever left a review on google in my life!

It's a shame I frequent. WA'wa All the time and I have given 5 star reviews to everyone. I've ever been into I believe other than this one now. You know, I apologize. Maybe it's hard to get answers with Out confrontation.But I just simply was asking questions. And it was like it was pulling teeth to get answers. I mean, I as a customer should not suffer. Because your system does not accommodate my. Request and then I was asking for answers on cost. If so, what I was gonna get for that cost?And it was like nobody wanted to answer me and.what happened to cust service this is probably why they have such a low rating So I give them a one star review.and I will not use this WA again'. And it's a shame coz. I pass through here every Tuesday every week and planned to stop here in the future and have stopped here every week prior but. Today just yeah. I guess wasn't the day. And won't be from this one

WHOEVER MADE MY SANDWICH TONIGHT AT 10:30PM NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich after a long day of work and waited 20min for it and they literally missed the main item in the sandwich and ONLY PUT TOMATOES, LETTUCE, AND CHEESE AND NOT THE TUNA SALAD! HOW DO YOU MISS THE MAIN ITEM?!

The incompetence of the employees here is ridiculous. Every time I go to this wawa they take forever and screw up my order. These people will literally screw up a chicken quesadillia. How do I know? Because they literally screwed up my quesadillia and I had to wait for them to make another one. It's getting tiresome dealing with incompetent workers. These people are the prime example of why minimum wage shouldn't increase. Do better.
