I left this location before and had to return for pickup reasons. I am always given the run around. They ask for phone number for updates and never got an update of my script being ready. Script still wasn't ready when I got there on the day to return. Please do better for us communication wise.

Worst pharmacy to use. Never fully staffed. And the people that do work there clearly hate their job. Waited on the phone for 43 minutes just to be hung up on. Waited infrive thru line for over 30 minutes just to be told they are short staffed and wouldn't get to my prescription today. So frustrating and not helpful when someone needs meds.

The photo printing service here is very bad. When you need to consult about printing problems, they will just ask you to wait. And when someone wants to help you, a female employee will jump out to arrange more work for them, just to prevent her from helping you! As a result, I waited for an hour and no one helped me. And this female employee has a bad attitude. When she was collecting money from customers, she kept saying that other employees were lazy and she was the only one working. The manager had the same attitude. Even if you give the worst evaluation, it will not affect her at all!

Since changing personel, the pharmacy department NEVER answer the phone, they tell you that your prescription will be filled later today or tomorrow. You go to pick it up, stand in a long line, and they tell you, "it's not ready"! They are endangering people's health and lives by not having their medicine ready in a timely manner! It's as if they take your prescription and throw it away. Then on top of that they're closing the pharmacy earlier and earlier. What are they doing when they close early, NOTHING! If something doesn't change soon, they could be held liable for someone's death! It is outrageous the time we spend going back and forth to pick up "unready" prescription after as much as 3 days to a week. Will it take a death or lawsuit for management to take action? Customer are tired of waiting, being lied to, and no compassion being shown by the pharmacy staff for a person’s health nor pain. We need our medicine otherwise our doctors would not have prescribed it! We've got to find a new pharmacy!

Absolutely take your business elsewhere. The customer service is the worst, i tried 4 different times to pick up 1 medication only to be told on the 4th time that it would be ready in 2 hours. I tried to call and waited for over 45 minutes to talk to a person.

Battlefield & Volvo - was told yesterday they're closing in 30 mins prescription would be ready today. Went there today before their lunch & was told, oh its not ready yet. Waited 2 hrs to be told sorry we don't have it. The worst experience with a pharmacy ever. Never again, they deserve a O. Very unprofessional with no ethics at all..

This place is awful. Filthy dirty. Came yesterday to pick up script that was sent in the morning. Took 30 to figure out it wasn't filled yet. Came back this morning . . . Still not filled. Very rude people work here too

This pharmacy is the absolute worse! Extremely unorganized, the staff is rude and uncaring. The waits are incredibly long. I was Only here to pick up for my daughter after her surgery this morning, I was told to come back because they were going to lunch! So HOURS later I return at the time I was given only to wait over 2 hours!

I picked up a prescription for my daughter after she had surgery. The doctor's office called it in the day before her surgery and when I stopped after her surgery, (30-something hours after it had been called in) they had not even started filling the prescription. I waited for about an hour and they filled it just prior to closing. I went home and laid out the four medications for my daughter and the times she needed to take each one. I realized one of the medications was not in her name. I checked the prescription, and because it was the exact same dosage as the one my daughter needed, I gave it to her.
The next morning I called the pharmacy and left a voicemail with my daughter's name and prescription number and the name and prescription number of the person's medication we got. I never heard back.
This week I had surgery and my doctor's office called in prescriptions the day before my surgery. I called the pharmacy automated line several times and prescriptions were not ready after two days. After the second day of not have any antibiotics or pain meds after my surgery I went in to the pharmacy. They told me to come back in 4 hours. I came back 4 hours later and they still were not filled. I was waiting behind a lady who had also been waiting 2 days for her medications. They told her they were ready, handed them to her and as she was checking out she realized it was not her name on the medication. They had given her someone else's medication. She then had to wait until they filled hers.
The amount of time it takes this pharmacy to fill prescriptions is unacceptable. Even more unacceptable is this pharmacy giving the wrong medications to people.

Expect to wait over an hour to talk to anyone at the pharmacy if you call. I think the quickest I have had someone answer in the last two years was 25 minutes. Have bee. On hold 1 hr 22 minutes as I am posting this.

Constant prescription issues. Nothing is ever right. Long lines all the time and been on the phone for 25 minutes just to verify they are using the correct fax number to the Dr. All they do is answer the phone and hang back up keeping me on hold. I'm bring totally ignored...

The people in the pharmacy are rude and won't help you with anything. I never have a good experience coming here.
