This place is terrible. I’ve interacted in person with the pharmacists twice, and they’ve been helpful and friendly, which is the only reason I am giving this two stars. Anytime I call in, I’m on hold for over 15 minutes. Inevitably, the automatic system tells me that there is only one call ahead of me, the line begins to ring, and then I’m cut off because nobody answers. When I call back, I’m now at the bottom of the wait list with more than three calls ahead of me. What in the world is happening? I understand they may be busy and under staffed, but they consistently do not answer their phones. I’m finding a different pharmacy.

It took over 24 hours for them to fill my prescription. It is impossible to get someone on the phone - I once waited over 15 minutes on the phone and nobody ever answered.If my insurance didn’t mandate using certain pharmacies I would never use this one again

This place absolutely sucks and they don’t know what a phone is if it’s ringing. I waited purposely on the phone for an hour and half to see how long it would take them to pick up the phone then they hung up on me. Called back to find there was already 3 callers ahead so I hung up.

Dont even! Just dont! The oriental pharmacist barely speaks good English and you can forget about customer service. She let my husband go through withdrawals because they were going to close in 15 minutes and it was too much for her to fill. Her words not mine.

OMG! THIS pharmacy needs help. Under staffed and will not answer phone and WILL continuously picking up the phone and keeping putting you on hold without even saying anything, but you can hear people talking in the background before they press the hold button. SMH

does not have prescriptions ready when they say they will and they take a long time to come to the drive through window. They just stare at you until someone finally decides to come help.

I came here for an online curbside pickup order. I love that Walgreens have joined other retailers and offer this service. They only have one parking stall for this, but I imagine most people don't know that they offer this service. I got my order quick, which made my errands run cut short. Extremely satisfied with this service!

Just a positive shout out to the employees and managers at this store. They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I recently picked up an online order there and one of the items was damaged and leaking, so before I even got there they replaced it with an item from their shelf in their inventory. I didn't have to deal with mess or worry about returning a damaged item. Kudos to this team!
