I have had numerous occasions to have long conversations with the pharmacy staff regarding my meds due to being a new patient with multiple specialists following a hospitalization in January 2023 and an ER visit again in May.Everyone has been as available and accommodating to my needs as they could possibly be, all the while remaining patient, kind, professional, and never making me feel troublesome or a burden. For this elderly, handicapped person, this professionalism is so very appreciated because I cannot always be the most compliant to others schedules and often encounter a dismissive attitude in other businesses.I am happy to say the services received from the pharmacy carry over to the rest of the employees at this location and I will continue to be pleased to shop there!Kudos to all,Carol SkinnerChesapeake, VA7/16/2023

My child and I were supposed to get our Covid booster and it was canceled the day of and before by Walgreens for not having the shots. If you don't have them then i shouldn't of been able to make the appointments. Now we are scrambling to find where to go since we were we were lied to.

The staff are so helpful. The cashier's and the pharmacy staff are the best. They have always helped my family and I fill our prescriptions including helping us save by suggesting copay cards, goodrx etc

I have been on hold with Walgreens on Cedar Rd Chesapeake Virginia for 30 minutes! 1 person answered halfway through but just put me right back on hold. I have a job so I can't be on the phone for that long or any longer. Could you check to see if someone fell out in the pharmacy, I'm concerned. I put in a refill request through their app and when I went in to get an update the app had an error message saying they couldn't fill it unless I called them. But didn't get an email or a call telling me it couldn't be filled until I called. Well I called but no one has answered for over 30 minutes. My phones about to go dead just from being put on hold. This is a frequent issue myself and others that use this pharmacy. Whether it is waiting in the drive through line or waiting on hold on the phone, it is always an extraordinarily long amount of a wait time. Do they not have the appropriate amount of staff for the amount of individuals they serve?

I was very rudely treated by the manager. She was very unprofessional and her poor customer service reflected badly on Walgreens. I will never shop at a Walgreens again.

These are difficult days for all businesses for sure. I am thankful for those willing to go to work during this pandemic and that this store made pick up of necessary items available at the pickup window. However, the pickup window has always been slow to respond even before the Covid-19 changed our way of life. There has never been enough technicians to man the window. This is such a big difference from the independent pharmacy I used for 50 years. Their window seemed to have an employee designated to serve the drive through window customers daily. Now, another inconvenience at this Walgreens this week. They solicited folks to make an appointment for flu shots. I was thankful to do this to save my time, After scheduling my appointment and arriving ten minutes ahead of time, as directed, I was told the communication was down(?) and I could not get the shot. Total disregard for my time. The employee did not acknowledge the inconvenience to me. Come on Walgreen at Cedar Road- treat customers as if they matter.

This was very clean. The associates very nice and polite. Didn't have a problem finding products they had a lot of good offers and stock very well.

Always a positive experience at this pharmacy! Most recently, they fulfilled a prescription for my 3 year old, 10 minutes prior to closing, when I rushed in there after an urgent care visit. Her words were, “we would never not fill a prescription for a child.” Can’t tell you the relief I felt. Will continue to bring my business here.

This particular location is closest to my house. The people are always so kind and friendly. They have almost everything everytime I'm there. It always seems to be empty when I'm there though and I don't get it. I have to make this Walgreens my "go to" from now on. Great service. Kind people. Very convenient since it's 3 minutes from my house.

I love this Walgreens. Employees are always nice & I never have issues with pharmacy. This is and will always be my go to pharmacy as long as they stay open.
