I called about getting nails and pedicure , drove 30 mins to salon . Showed person the design I wanted and informed me no , too late to get feet done ( tomorrow is my bday ) . The person that did my nails before this appointment was better , I just felt I wasted my time and money . It was rushed shape is all off. Probably look else where since I was told I couldn’t get a pedicure. But before this appointment we do for you take care of customer , well it didn’t feel like that.

Michael is my go-to Nail Tech at Luxury Nails III, and has been for many years. He is very detail oriented when doing nails, and I always leave with beautiful nails whether a manicure, acrylic nails, pedicure, or simple polish change. I highly recommend Michael and Luxury Nails III.Service: Pedicure

I called to make an appointment for a pedicure on my only day off and the receptionist told me that I didn't need an appointment and to just come in now. I arrived at the salon 10 minutes later and there was a group waiting for pedicures, in addition to several other people. I waited for about half an hour before asking the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait. She told me she didn't know how long it would take. I reminded her that I tried to make an appointment and that she said to just come in now. Again I asked how long and she laughed and said at least 45 minutes. Why didn't she let me make an appointment instead of telling me to come wait? Additionally, they have done a poor job on my pedicures in the past and have not shaped or cut my nails and completely skipped the massages. I went to the salon across the street and they helped me immediately and did a much better job. I do not now the receptionists name but she was unprofessional. Please tell your staff to be more professional. This was a huge waste of my time. If you have any respect for your time I recommend going somewhere else.

I made an appointment for 11 for the first available tech. No one acknowledged me until 11:25 and even then, I waited until 11:45 for someone to take me back to get started. I was sat down at a station to get started on my manicure only for the tech to tell me she couldn’t do my nails because she had an appointment in 15 minutes, so back to the lobby I went. Two of the employees had a verbal argument in the front surrounded by customers. My nails were finally started close to 12 and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. I wanted a gel mani/pedi because my baby shower was the following day. Henry did my nails and I felt like my presence was bothering him. He rushed through my appointment, cutting my finger and painting around the blood, not even bothering to clean it up or even acknowledging that he cut me. When he was finished, I had polish on my fingers and hands and bubbles/rough spots on the nails themself. He told me to meet him at the front and disregarded the fact that I was there for a pedicure as well. When I got to the front, the woman who first acknowledged me asks me if I didn’t want the pedicure and I said I still did so back to waiting for someone. I was sat at a chair and a woman came over and asked me what pedicure I wanted. I said I wanted the marine spa pedicure but she kept insisting I choose a more expensive option. I was very adamant that I wanted the $40 marine spa pedicure and didn’t want to spend anymore at this point because I was already upset. At this point, I could tell she was annoyed I didn’t select a more expensive pedicure and she turned the hot water off and proceeded to give me a pedicure using only cold water. It’s been four days since my visit and my gel nails have already started chipping away. I’ve been going here for years and have never had such a horrible experience or had my nails only last four days. I typically get at least 2-3 weeks out of them. I’m very disappointed in the service I received and I unfortunately don’t think I’ll return.Services: Pedicure

Had apt at 3. They were a little late getting started but my manicure and pedicure were nice. Sonny was very gentle on the toes and the massage was very nice as well. My only complaint is the music is WAY too LOUD! It's difficult to relax with music blasting through the speakers.

I would not recommend this nail salon. It’s the first spa I’ve ever went to that did not respect appointment times. My appointment was booked at 2:15. Arrived at 2pm. When it was 2:30 I ask the CSR how long again would the wait time be and she replied 15-20mins. At 3pm I asked again how long will it be and she said the mail tech is wrapping up so it should be 5mins. I agreed and waited. When it was 3:30pm I decided to get out of there. Clearly they didn’t care if I had nothing else to do. If you don’t care about my time; then you are not worth my money. Terrible service. I would not recommendServices: Acrylic nails

This review is in reference to a particular employee and may not reflect upon the actual salon. Today I went in for a mani/pedi with Michael. He asked me what type of pedicure that I wanted and I said just a basic pedicure. He said that they did not offer that. I told him I didn’t understand. He said they offered a standard and then specialty, he said this while smiling and I figured out that he was joking. I said that I didn’t want anything fancy, it would be covered up anyway and he laughed. Michael talked a lot with the female employee next to us so I read my book on my phone. He then asked me what type of massage I wanted. I have never been asked that before for a pedicure so I said that I did not understand because I thought maybe I miss heard him. He said that they have the German massage, Japanese massage, he was pretty much being funny. I said that I would take a Swedish massage, I don’t like deep massages, and he said that they did not offer that. I’m starting to get irritated at this point because we had recently received a poor diagnosis for one of our pets and honestly, I just wanted to relax and enjoy my pedicure. I said that maybe we should just skip it and he laughed and said no, it was OK. Surely this man could catch on that I did not get or appreciate all of his sarcastic jokes. After the pedicure, he took me over to his manicure station. Things were OK until he asked me what color I wanted for my nails. Now, to be clear, he had literally picked up and carried the color that I had chosen for my pedicure over to his manicure station. I said that I wanted the same color as my pedicure. He said no, today only I could choose clear, yellow or black. I asked him if he meant for the top or base color because I was really confused at this point. He just repeated that today, I could only do clear, yellow or black. I told him I didn’t understand and he just kept repeating himself. I finally asked him if this was a joke and he said no, only clear, yellow or black. I’ll be honest, I started to tear up. I pulled my hands away and said that maybe we should just not do this. He finally realized that I was upset but it was too late, I told him I would pay for my pedicure but I was done. I will say the young woman at the checkout desk was extremely kind to me when I told her what had happened. I understand that some people use humor as a way to interact with others and make them feel more comfortable but this was just Michael laughing at my expense, it was extremely cruel on a day when I really needed a little cheering up.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had. I had an older male with short grey hair that wore tactical field and stream clothes. When I asked his name he said it was Alibaba. Go in to get a fill with designs I see one nail isn't turning out like the picture and I say some thing. I only say something because he was using gel and after you put it under the UV light, you can't change it and you have to start the whole nail over. I brought the issue to his attention and he completely went off saying, " do you want to do it or do you want me to do it?" " if you don't like it don't pay." Instead of just fixing the simple issue and reassuring that it would be fine. He continues on yelling so the whole shop could hear. Then proceeds to ask me a question about the nails and yells at me about the answer. I would love to see this man fired and out of a job. He doesn't belong in customer service and should've been fired that day.Services: Nail art

I have tried this place a few times and not impressed. One time I went and the woman started a gel pedicure without asking. This past time the man doing pedicure did not even use callus remover despite paying for it to get rid of uneven skin on feet. My feet were no dry and scaly but did need a little extra callus remover to get a layer of uneven skin off. After leaving underfoot did not look good at all. I had to go home after and use pedi egg to make skin even. Paint job was not good at all. Will not be returning.Service: Pedicure

Took my daughter, wife and son in law in for a relaxing experience before she delivered my grandson. They rushed the services and gave us grief about leaving a $70 dollar tip on a $300 service. I have never had someone in my face for a more than 20% tip. We left feeling stressed as they argued aloud in their place of business. I would avoid this place in the future.Services: Pedicure

It was easy to walk-in for an appt for two pedicures on a Thursday night. It's nice not having to fight for parking, unlike other places. They had various pedicures to choose from. It's been awhile so I did the Dead Sea Spa Pedicure with gel polish. My feet felt so smooth afterwards! I'll have to make this my regular place.
