Tiara was more than helpful and accommodating. She walked me through the process and helped me make the right choices when I was uncertain. She is everything someone like myself wants in a sales person and I am thankful. Hold on the this one. Phone is amazing and I'm glad I purchased it at this location. I left feeling comfortable and happy with my purchase. Thank you again Tiara it would have been probably less seamless if you weren't helping.

What is going on with the Sunday hours? Verizon website has 1000-1700. Google has 1100-1700. Store posts closed on door. Wasted my time going there at 1000. Fortunately the store near Petsmart was open.

Chris was so helpful! He was balancing two customers at one time and had me in and out in a little over an hour with upgrading to a new phone. Very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions! Highly recommend going here for all your Verizon phone needs!

We started at the Verizon store on greenbrier parkway and the salesman there was short and did not seem like he wanted to help us and went back to talking to his buddy. We then went to the store near eden way and were immediately assisted by Chris. He was pleasant and friendly. We went home extremely satisfied with his service.

I made an online Verizon order for the iPhone 13 pro max for in store pick up. Most of what happened was Verizon’s fault but I needed to share my experience with this store location to save other people the trouble. I called and confirmed they had my order and they had my phone on Thursday 8/18. I wasn’t provided a pick up time or even asked when I was coming. I went after work at 4pm to this store to pick up my phone. I walked up to the door at about 4:07pm and the door was locked. The lights were on there was no note on the door. I proceeded to call the store with no answer. I waited at this store for over an hour and a half, and watched three other customers walk up try the door to no avail. Verizon unfortunately wouldn’t let me transfer my order and told me only the store could help me, they called the store I called the store over and over no one was ever there and I gave up shortly after 5:30 pm. The rest of my issues were with Verizon themselves so no need for it in this review but I do not recommend you try and get your phone from this store go to another more reliable and professional location.I also want to add that when I went back the next day to try again on my lunch break, I learned that the gentleman who was supposed to be at the shop working at the time that I was there went to chick fil a to have a nice sit down lunch and claimed “I was only gone for 40 minutes” but he did not know I was waiting at the store from 4-530 so that was a lie.Save yourself the headache and go to a different location. Needless to say between Verizon and this store, I have switched my service to another carrierAnd to the other guy who works there that actually was helpful, stop wasting your time and talent working here go work for T-Mobile.

Josh had the best customer service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and was easy to talk to and very kind. I will be going back to that store in the future! Thank you Josh!

Went in to talk to someone face to face about fios tv packages he gets some on the phone after repeated attempts to get the information across I said i could do this at home it also sounded like the girls in the background were having a party I interrupted , needless to say i left good by Verizon!

I can’t begin to tell everyone how good Maddie is. The customer service leave she gives each and every person is incredible. Thx Maddie for your hard work and effort. You make this store worth the drive. Keep smiling can’t wait for another upgrade to visit again. ??
