Great store with awesome people. Working with the manager Eddie was very pleasant, personable, and provided me with an excellent customer experience. Eddie was super helpful and i definitely recommend going here for all your Verizon needs.

Stay away. An inexperienced salesman Kevan charged us $50 and didn't tell us we would be charged or why. Then lied about it along with the Store Manager Eddie.

My wife went into this store because of a faulty SIM card. They tried a SIM card swap and told her the phone needed to be replaced and that the only option was the iPhone 15. Her iPhone 13 was under warranty and the corporate Verizon ordered a replacement 13 for free, which the store knew and could have offered as an option. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS AT THIS STORE. 0 stars not an option and I will be switching carriers as soon as a good deal pops.

Brandon was excellent with sales and customer service. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful throughout the process of trading our phones in. He is definitely an asset to Verizon.

We would like to take this opportunity to commend one of your employees, Brandon Cox. During the past months, there have been several occasions that we have had to visit a Verizon store for assistance with our phones. On 2 of those visits, we had the pleasure of having Mr. Cox, assist us.
We are seniors and don't always understand the technology in our world today, however, he took the time to not only correct the problem, but had patience to do it in a manner that we could understand. When someone is willing to take the time to help people in such a polite and mannerly way, I feel he should be recognized. After all, it is employees like him that keep your customers returning to this location.

Brandon went above and beyond taking care of my issues with Verizon. I have been a loyal customer for years I talked to two people on chat, and nothing worked. My excessive charges on my bill were uncalled for, and he tracked down every bit of the information to prove that I was correct. Brandon was courteous, kind, helpful, and extremely professional. I will go to Brandon when I have a problem with Verizon and my bill. He needs to be recognized for the work that he does extremely profess.!

My phone was starting to mess up so I came into the store and Alex greeted me with a smile! Ordered me a new iPhone and Apple Watch! Definitely will be coming back to see him for all my Verizon needs!
