On April 20th at 9pm i went in there and could not receive a vape because I didn’t have my physical id only had a picture which is understandable , so i went back up there with my physical id there were 2 people in front of me and the lady that was working there did not ask them for they id her excuse were they were regulars and she knew them but her excuse for me was “the people are cracking down on them “ regular or not everyone should be treated the same that was very unprofessional not only that I received a BAD VAPE !

I took a walk to George’s shop in the cold and I was met with friendly conversation, good prices, and he even offered me complimentary water while we talked and I got warm. The shop was beautiful and easily the nicest shop I’ve ever been in!

Everytime I go here, theres always this one lady who provides the worse customer service. Shes never greets you and shes never welcoming and you always get that, "why are you here" vibe whenever shes working. She has very little knowledge of the products they sell, I mean she barely knew the price ranges of the devices they sell. Only reason that this place is convenient is because of the hours
