This place is a sorry excuse for a functional work environment. It has taken me a long time to write this review (almost 7 years) and the only reason why I am doing this is to prevent someone from making the mistake of working here. First and foremost, the pay is subpar. When I worked there I was a customer service representative and after a .50 cent raise....I was only make $12.50....smh. As for the work environment both on the production floor and in the office.....it was dysfunctional at best. Unrealistic production demands were put on the workers which led to numerous severe workplace injuries (I remember 2 people severing their fingers off in one week while I was there).Management is a joke, they show extreme favoritism (Namely Tina Mace). The H.R. department consists of one woman named Nikki.....and she is an absolute joke.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!

Easy job but the management sucks this place likes to just replace you instead of dealing with the issues they have.

Worked there for about 7 months or so and it's a really easy job. They offer plenty of optional over time. Only thing I really didn't care for was management, they have a point system(13 points) & if your late for being stuck in traffic or a car accident you still receive a point. Also you can't take off for 2-3 days without putting in years of work for the company without receiving points. Even if your sick (throwing up, nose running ect ) you still need to come in or you will receive a point. Sometimes they'll respect your doctors note or court appearance paper but it's rare. Bottom line is this COMPANY just cares about PRODUCTION and not their people!!
