Everyone is friendly , gives awesome advice very motivating and ive made so many gains . transformed my body from the day i joined this gym. still cant believe how much i've grown . From 119lbs to 150lbs , at 5'5 . I working towards competing on stage next

Great locally owned gym. No nonsense, get in and lift weights kinda place. Members are friendly and respectful. All machines are maintained. Bathrooms have showers and are kept clean. Monthly rates. Open 430am to 930pm during the week. (I hit it on the way home from work. ) Saturday 8 to 5, Sunday 11 to 5.

Its a very clean gym with great prices, and the staff is amazingly helpful and always willing to help! It truly feels like a judgement free zone!

If you are looking for a gym with no bull training,professional trainers and a great place to work out,this is the place. They instilled determination and confidence on my quest to weight loss. I lost 96 lbs,they are very good at sharing the knowledge of being healthy and great on keeping you on the path of life. This is a family gym that will accommodate all ages and skills and I would highly recommend this gym for weight loss or getting stronger again. I sure you have tried the rest ,now try the Best. Bob

The name speaks for itself! I have been a member for almost 5 years ! I have met a lot of great people! This is my" home away from home"! I love the equipment, and the especially how clean/sanitized this place has been pre Covid pandemic and top notch after the pandemic! This place is the BOMB!
