Hello I have recently took a trip to this branch a few time. I was looking into becoming a potential client and I noticed there is no diversity in this branch and I feel it is sad as me being a African American that I would see a more diverse culture in businesses like thisI believe if you guys would have more black men and women you would have more clients because the one I have spoken to the African American women I have met was so generous and professional we need more like her we live in the 21st century and culture is appreciated thank you much and I will not return till we see more culture like this.

$10 to cash a check that is from this bank, is ridiculous! I shouldn't have to open a new account to cash it for free like it would be at other banks cashing their own checks. Highway robbery!

I opened a Heloc simply to have access to the equity in my home. I do not need the money. These people have been a nightmare to deal with since the beginning. They will do anything to extort money from you and one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. They told me that I needed to open a checking to have the Heloc so I did. They never said that I had to make periodic deposits. In the middle of the pandemic someone called me from that bank and told me that I had to make a deposit to keep the account open. When I tried to pay by credit card they refused saying that I needed to have a signature card on my file so I had to make an appointment. I refused b/c we were in the middle of a pandemic with no vaccine. I kept getting letters from them so I called them and reported what occurred. The lady on the phone said the signature card issue was incorrect and that she corrected it. Today 6/24/2021 I open my mail and there are two letters addressed to me and my wife from Atlantic Union Bank Collections Department demanding $50. I mean $50 and they emptied whatever I had in my checking account. So if they are a national bank I will be filing a complaint with the office of the comptroller of currency for endangering my stellar credit and unethical business practices. I will never put anything on that line of credit. If you see their sign "RUN"!!!!!!!!
