Worst location to go to, go to the Suffolk or Virginia Beach one instead, they have way better customer service, was at this location earlier this month and they apparently ran out of the free gift with purchase, was there today again and apparently the free gift with purchase that was advertised with a sign next to it was not even available at all, your employees need to stop taking the stuff that’s meant for paying customers, your employees need to stop following people around the store, we were standing in line at the counter to pay and they set the alarm off on the item that was in the Ulta shopping bag, what you though I had it in my pockets or something? My husband was so confused lol, I tried to laugh it off and joke about it, but it was so embarrassing everyone was looking at us, the cashier did not know anything either like how the point system works or the promotions that was going on, stop following customers around the store, it’s a circus in this store, will not return here , Suffolk location is the best, they’re classy over there, should have just gone there instead today.

I went in Ulta at Greenbriar and had the pleasure of working with Kalisha Jamison. She immediately greeted me and asked how she could help. I needed all new makeup and she took time to explain different products to me and helped me select what worked for me. She gave me excellent customer service and I will definitely seek her help again.

This is my Ulta. The staff I've met are pleasant, friendly and approachable. The benefit eyebar is great - Reagan is knowledgeable, considerate, professional and talented.

***Let me tell you why I stick to SEPHORA!!! I did a pick up in store order on a Thursday night after they were CLOSED!! I planned to pick it up on my lunch break the next day. I get a notification that one of my items were out of stock the next day.. (how?) Anyway I go pick up my order and ask the manager what happens if an item is out of stock she said that I wouldn't get charged. Cool. So she then says I can order it in store to get shipped to my house for free. Which was great because I wanted to get this item while it was on sale. Awesome. So I go to order the item and it's full price. They then tell me it is only on sale on mobile. So I'm like ok bet now I have to pay shipping for an item I should already have but I don't because of YALL?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.. NOW AFTER ALL THAt I DONT EVEN HAVE TIME TO EAT LINCH. That was the whole point in scheduling a pick up ahead of time to SAVE time . Get it together ULTA
Update to add: I reached out to support and they allowed me to order the item on sale with free shipping so I will change my stars from 1 to 2 since I'm now still having to wait for the product to come and this whole process took waaaay longer than it should have and the whole point of pick up is speed and convenience. But I'm still going to Sephora tho ✨️
