I broke down on my way to Twisted Diesel to have my truck looked at. I am new to town and sitting at a stop light blocking traffic. I called the shop and told Darrel I was on my way into have them take a look at my truck and it broke down. He gave me a number for a tow truck (another great service!) and offered to wait for me to get there. The guys at Twisted Diesel had my truck back up and running’s within a week! That’s pretty good turn around time for an unscheduled service.Thank you Twisted Diesel. These guys are my new mechanics for my F350 Dually!

Man Darrel and the guys are top notch willing to bend over backwards to help me I had a issue with a trans I got from them. And they answered the phone and even called me back and everyone know these days that’s rare. We got the problem resolved quickly and I couldn’t have been happier if you need a built 4R100 for your truck these are the guys.

In my opinion twisted diesel is 100 percent the best place t get you’re diesel repair I have A 2005 dually that’s had a bad oil pump and sat for long time truck when to difrent shops for no good avail till I found twisted diesel and people they truly are the best I’ve ever ran into there honesty there no beat around the bush I had a motor installed they found a new one they had it installed and purring like a kitten in less then a week yes you will pay for what you get an to me that’s totally fine it might hurt you’re pocket a bit but the peace of find that it was done correctly and extremely well done is enough for me I happy to say that my truck which is my life has found a home my truck will never see any other shop but twisted diesel for rest off its life and they have given I with new motor anode long life I truly recommend to end one stop playing games and send it to what I confided the number or shop to the guys in twisted diesel I couldn’t thank you guys enough for what awsome work you’ll did to my truck nothing but the best. AL

These guys are awesome! This was the first time in 30 years I've had any vehicle at a shop. I do all of my own work. Twisted Diesel was fantastic in keeping me informed and not "upselling" me on needless items. They are now my go to shop for any repairs on my aging diesel pickup. I'm hard to impress, but I was. Fantastic shop! I haven't taken a vehicle to a shop to be worked on in 30 years... I do my own work. These guys did awesome work and didn't "upsell" me on anything. If you have a Superduty that needs work, Twisted Diesel is the place to go in the 757.

Took my 06 F350 there to get a new transmission. Every part of the job was smooth and seamless. They are very good at what they do and I am proud to be rocking their sticker on my truck and wear their hoodie everywhere I go. I will recommend them to everyone that has a diesel truck.

They just got my truck in and quoted me a big job to fix the problem. They were pretty awesome about answering all my questions and giving me a little time to process spending that much money to fix it. We came to a solution and they made it very easy to recommend them so far. As far as I can tell they are very reasonably priced when reading other forums. Gonna bug them one more time today to see if I can get pictures of it with the cab lifted.

As a non mechanic female I’m intimidated calling about parts for my husband. The man who returned my call from Twisted was very patient and thorough answering all my questions about shipping and logistics to order my husbands transmission. We’ve done business with them several times but this is the first time I’ve had to call. They’re fair, stand by their product, and as of today I can attest to excellence in customer service.
