“I had major car troubles after leaving work; my car started overheating and I had to have a tow. I requested roadside assistance via GEICO app and Blair’s answered in less than 2 mins after I placed my request. The driver arrived ahead of his estimated time and was kind, understanding, communicated well without making me feel useless for not knowing how to describe my car issues. He got my car dropped off at the shop I requested and had me back home without 35 mins. Highly recommend Blair’s. 10/10.”

“Brought my truck to this location to have an alignment done specifically to recenter the steering wheel, which I was told they could do on the phone. Scheduled a month and a half out because they are busy but heard they are the best. Arrived on my appointment dropped my truck off waited an hour and was told that the alignment was good to go. However, the steering wheel couldn’t be fixed and that it would be an additional charge to remove the steering wheel from the column and resent it with the truck… I explained my frustration regarding this as it was the whole reason I came… Nonetheless, they ended up not charging me and apologized for the inconvenience… So I told them I’ll see them again real soon anyway.
